We sat at the communal table and enjoyed looking at the aesthetically pleasing feasts our neighbors ordered! We shared a bento box with fresh sashimi, crispy tempura, and warm side meats served with colorful condiments. Once we placed our name on the waitlist, we enjoyed a stroll until our number was called. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is friendly, both from guests and servers. Next time, we will order the soups and noodle combinations.
Food 5/5:Tonkatsu here has been spot on every time I visited. It's hard to get the crisp just right at home and Kagura just does a great job. The chicken or pork tonkastsu never disappoint. For $20-$25, you will feel full and appreciate the small sides that come with the dish. This is a gem near LAX. My family dropped by this sushi place based upon recommendations. We ordered chirashi, salmon ikura, and other gudons. All tasty with a good portion. I will come back again
