We landed at LAX from a flight from DFW. The shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel which was a short drive. We were early and the staff held our bags while we went for lunch. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Brittany, Brenda and Serena were exceptional. They answered any questions that we had and let us know the amenities that were available and times. Room is very clean. Breakfast is very basic and plastic. Reception a hit and miss in service levels. Bar staff is very friendly. Overall needs staff training on basics. Location across from Ralph's supermarket, Starbucks is good. Try nearby Bread & Butter for a full on breakfast.
