I ordered the Deluxe chicken combo and the fries were mushy and undercooked. The line was long and moves quickly but to take an extra 15 - 20 seconds to ensure well done fries is worth it. I even ordered well done fries. I returned them and received more mushy undercooked fries. I'm very disappointed. I had to put them in my air fryer and it cooked them perfectly. DO BETTER CHICK FIL A. I don't mind paying for good food, but it has to be the way I ordered it.
Sometimes they are a little rushed and forget items or prepare them in a way I didn't ask for or expect, but they also always send little perks, which keep me coming back lol. Food is consistently tasty.Vegetarian options: The salads are good and you can get egg. But it makes less sense to go to a chicken joint and not get chicken. It's kind of their shtick.Dietary restrictions: Grilled chicken Market salad is the bees knees.

Chicken sandwich as expected. Service is always the best for a fast food restaurant. Atmosphere is just fine for a fast food restaurant. The place is clean, they come by and offer refills and pickup your tray / trash.
