“Great place to eat! Smokehouse burger was very good! Lots of fries and the great service mixed with the history and solid song selection makes this place now an all time favorite of mine! Can’t wait to go back when they have live music! Worth the price.“
“Love this place but today I had the wings and was very upset.Wings were barely warm tasted like they were not fresh. Buffalo sauce was almost tasteless. Like I said I love this places food but the wings were not on par with all the other food I have gotten there.“
“We stayed at hotel which was fabulous. In morning before going to airport we had breakfast. Service was good & friendly. Our breakfast was OK. But considering the price it was very reasonable & convenient we were pleased. Breakfast was served only till 9:30 so we slmost missed“
“LA Ale Works in Culver City is awesome! They have trivia every Tuesday, hosted by Lucky Guess Trivia, and specifically trivia master Drew. The questions are challenging, the host is hilarious and it's just simply a good time! The bar itself is cozy, drinks are great and added bonus that it's dog friendly. :)“
“Our first time trying this spot. Once I heard there was a lobster specific spot in the South Bay, I had to give it a go. Fun little spot with a bar top as well as booths and tables. We had the lobster rolls Connecticut style, waffle fries, and flaming hot lobster fries. Definitely worth a try. We knew going into it that it would be a pretty penny but wanted to get the full experience on the first go. Also, friendly service definitely stood out. Much appreciated. If you're in the mood for lobster check this spot out.“
“The food was very good. My favorite thing was the spicy Pescado tacos. The chorizo scramble on toast was not as good as I was hoping it would be, but I did love the mimosa option with a flight of juices to kind of make your own mimosa. got there fairly early so there weren't many people and there, so the noise level was low and the atmosphere there is very charming and warm..“
“The lobster grilled cheese with soup is everything. Every time we come back, it’s just as good as the times before. My partner likes the Tot Nachos. The first time we came we tracked down street parking. Then we realized there’s a parking garage with an entrance in the back of the building. Added convenience.“
“Socalo is consistently great. Everyone I introduce it to ends up returning on their own. Everything is great here, the food especially of course (the menu is innovative with kind of a classic base and the ingredients are very high end). Somehow though, they manage to keep the prices reasonable. The staff is really nice, the design and atmosphere are beautiful both during the day and the evening. I love that it's an all day restaurant so you can even grab a meal or a snack during in-between hours. This place is kind of a sleeper favorite and because it seems to be under the radar a bit, getting a reservation is always easy. I truly love this place.“
“This place is PHENOMENAL!!! Every time I've been here it has been killer. The staff is awesome, and the consistency of the food is right on. I recommend the Lobster tacos, Cali lobster roll, and the Lobster fries. This is my go-to place for all things lobster.Edit: Came here again today and this place seems to keep getting better. “SO FUN. One of my favorite breweries in the South Bay. As a person who loves to sample and loves a diverse menu, this is a perfect place for me. The servers have always been so nice when we came (although service can be a bit slow on those busy nights). Parking can be tough!“
