Very good Ramen option in Gardena. I had the Josui ramen and it was great choice. Light broth, thin noodles. Counter or table seating. Very friendly staff. Excellent service. I’ll be back
Josui is the most authentic tasting Japanese ramen restaurant I’ve found in Torrance. My personal favorite is the Abura Soba, especially in the warm summer months, but the Josui ramen both with and without garlic is fantastic. My co-workers go nuts for the Tan-tan men.
