Never had ramen broth that wasn't made from pork. The taste was amazing, light, refreshing and less oilier than tonkotsu. The noodles were boiled to perfection, chewy and delicious. The TanTan Men were tasty as well, the peanut broth wasn't too overpowering. I will definitely go back again in the near future.

The atmosphere in this tiny ramen restaurant is unmatched by any of the other ramen places in this tiny plaza. The waiter was super kind, and the food was delicious. The large bowl of ramen is actually pretty big, so only upgrade it if you're down to dig in (unfortunately I left most of the both in my bowl- and it was good too) Make sure to write down your party on the clipboard!
It was delicious with a strong soup. I think it would have been better if it had a little bit of seaweed that melted in the soup.Parking: The parking lot in front of the store may not be empty during lunch time.

Good Ramen, not fancy. Reminded me of the typical Ramen shops in Tokyo.

Amazing, authentic ramen in an unassuming strip mall. Reasonable prices for the high quality. Gyoza was perfect ratio of filling to wrapper. We tried a few dishes but the Tantan Men was the winner for me. Broth was layered with flavors between the spice, the flavor oil and the pork. Definitely recommend.
This Ramen shop may take my top spot for my favorite Ramen in Torrance. Super clean broth, the noodles were cooked really well, and the chashu on top was some of the best I've ever had. The karrage was pretty average, but if you want really good ramen, you should definitely stop by this spot!
This is my favorite ramen outside of Japan. I've been to Japan a few times and Ramen Josui is very competitive with Michelin ramen in Tokyo and Osaka. The excellent shio broth is light, but has so much depth with its stock made from chicken, pork, and bonito. Not only is it extremely delicious and high quality, but the prices are surprisingly low (closer to $10 than $15), which is mind blowing. This is some of the best bang for your buck food in LA. The vibes are immaculate, too! If I close my eyes, I can almost convince myself I'm in a ramen shop in Japan. Ramen Josui is that amazing and should be on the Michelin guide!
