“When I walked every employee had a smile on their face and the young lady named Melany took my order and she did an amazing job explaining the menu and bread options to me. “Best restaurant I've been to ever that understands and caters to Celiac, but is so good you can actually bring people who are not gluten-free and they would never know they were eating gluten-free. I was in LA for a week and ate there 3 nights. I would have gone more but they're closed on Monday and Tuesdays. “Food is a 4 star but the atmosphere and service were 5 stars. Group of us ordered most of the menu and everything was good but not great. Everything just lacked that punch of flavor but the standouts were the bruschetta and the ribeye with chimichurri were my favorites.“

“I was honestly blown away by how good their gluten-free cookies are. As someone who’s gluten-free, it’s rare to find cookies that actually taste like the real thing, soft, flavorful, and not overly dry or crumbly. These were easily the best gluten-free cookies I’ve ever had.“

“House of Bread is great. They have fresh, made daily bread of all types as well as pastry items. It is all good. They even have vegan items.
The service at House of Bread is just wonderful. The small staff gets the job done and the know what they have and what is the best. They make the most tasty banana bread. You can get it vegan or not. Both are great. I prefer the regular banana bread because I like butter on mine.
The place is super cute, very clean and you will smell bread when you walk in. they have some of the best pastries. They are all great. Their Persian bread is the best.
The place is small so be on the lookout or you will miss it.
We love this more than La Brea Bakery bread and we though we had found our bread when we saw it in stores, but House of Bread is better.“

“I popped into Baked Bar on Washington Blvd in Culver City..Best decision I could have made! Not only was the food amazing but the service was equally amazing!!!
My new favorite bakery.
I went in for a cup of coffee…but ended up getting a cup of dreamy camomile tea, a 1/2 loaf of roasted garlic sour dough, a melt in your mouth bacon breakfast sandwich, and 2 Vegan chocolate chip cookies for my kids! What a haul!!

“Shojin was absolutely amazing. The customer service was incredible. The staff was so so so nice and super friendly the entire time. They accommodated us so well and made the whole experience feel special. Even though you eat vegan sushi it feels like normal sushi!!
The sushi was honestly 10/10. Taste was absolutely fire 🔥 Easily the best sushi I’ve had in all of LA.

Simple, healthy but delicious ingredients without the gums or other fillers that make other non-dairy ice creams take a toll on your body. And so many new flavors all the time. “Loved this place, glad we could stop by here for some lovely food and drinks…. We were a bigger group of 8 and they do have sitting in the back for big groups but guess 8 was the upper limit…
I tried BEYOND BURGER and it was good, not great but liked it overall. My friends tried protein plate, fish and taco etc and everyone loved the food
I also had tequila based cocktail which was nice
The server was very kind and the vibe of the place was good
Overall would surely recommend visiting them if you are in the area“

“Very crispy chicken with friendly owner. The chicken was freshly fried and juicy on the inside. We picked yuzu sauce which is mayo with citrus taste which helped tone down the usual fatty feeling when you eat frying food but I’d say something more flavorful (sweet/spicy) can help if you want more seasoning. The yuzu sauce helps me taste the umami from the chicken. Overall very happy with my karaage!“
