Health Food Restaurants near Hermosa Beach, CA

“I’ve driven past hundreds of times, not really knowing what they’re all about. I was stopped at the traffic light one day and they were handing out a free meal. That was three months ago and since then, I am eating better and rarely go to the store except to get milk, eggs and bread! Discovering Ready Fit Go came at a perfect time. I was getting ready to have hand surgery and knew my recovery would be difficult and long. I started out with the 5 day meal plan and had it delivered. Everything I purchased was delicious and so fresh. That was the beginning of a new way of eating for me. There’s always fresh and healthy food in my refrigerator now, no more running out to pick up take out. I’m saving money, time and eating healthier then I ever have before. Bonus, the owner and staff are all very helpful, friendly and nice.“

“The food is great!! Since you buy a bunch of other stores while you’re waiting, you can go look through some of them and they have the cutest tiny cups!! Their atmosphere is great tiny shop, but they could use some cute decorations!“

“Delicious fruit bowls!! You should try them!“

“Simply Wholesome is the absolute best. Healthy food. Healthy drinks. Healthy products. AND they are black owned. I love love love love this place. I have absolutely no complaints. On a scale of 1-10. Definitely 100. Yes one hundred. I visit everytime I'm in LA.“

“Almost too hip of an atmosphere. Looks futuristic and like a hipster puked all over it but it’s still cute. I miss the old schnackenbergs! This place looks odd in old cute charming uptown Hoboken. It’s very Portland-esque. Good salad tho.“

“Absolutely fantastic place! Food is delicious. Taste festival in each dish. Seafood super fresh! Im in Europe cant find anything like Marocan Goddess 🥹🥹🥹🥹 Love you guys! The best recommendations ❤️❤️ This spot is a must visit if youre in LA. Also super close to LAX“

“Great food and friendly, cheerful service. Always a boost to eat here…“

“Friendly atmosphere and excellent food!“

“Great food and service!! I will be back.“

“First time trying their poke but it was so refreshing in this summer heat! Tried their Signature Poke and a tea which came well portioned in terms of protein and had a nice amount of sauce. Cost-wise it is a little bit on the more expensive side for a poke bowl so I don’t know if I would come here often. A nice thing to try once!“

“Absolutely incredible shop with an amazing selection of herbs and teas. Nick was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to help me create my own custom tea blends. The pineapple, mango, and soursop smoothie was also outstanding, easily a 12/10!“

“Came across this place whilst looking for a spot to get a reasonably priced matcha latte from—considering that the Manhattan Beach surroundings can become extremely pricey if you find yourself in the wrong spot. Needless to say, a regular matcha latte (around the same size as a grande from Starbucks) costs around about $6, I asked for some vanilla syrup inside, which brought my total up to around ~$7.50 after tax. Service was nice and my drink came out surprisingly fast. Despite the short wait time, I could tell the matcha was prepared nicely, and it ended up tasting really good. Compared to other matcha lattes I have had, this one is pretty high up on my list, where I would rate it somewhere between an 8 up to a 10. The vibe of the place is pretty nice; good service, surprisingly colorful environment. Nice view, depending on your seats. Just about enough seating options it seems, but it may be hard accommodating parties of 3 or more. I can't speak much on the food from this place, but the drinks don't seem to be something you'd wanna miss.

P.S. Public restrooms are available here

Update: Returned for a second time and it tasted even better than the first time!“

“Excellent store for supplements and health food. Very wide selection of products.“

“they miss heard me and accident put the wrong sauce on my salad and i can't have dairy, but they kindly said we can make you another one and they were very nice about it and took my dairy allergy very seriously which I appreciate! When I told them it's okay they can use the same salmon in the new bowl since it didn't touch much with the dairy based sauce, they said they don't want to risk it :) and gave me a whole brand new plate which I greatly appreciated so much!!!! My bowl was so good and packed with a lot of food just so delicious definitely going back for more!!!! THE SALMON IS A MUST TRY!!!!❤“

“It was so refreshing, I will be back tomorrow 😃“

“I just found my new favorite place to order food from. Wow, I am so impressed by the way they operate. Food is tasty, approved by my kiddos is a plus. I ordered after a workout and most places were closed and not very healthy options. Then I came an across this place and it did not disappoint. The prices and portions made a sense.“

“Just had the mint meal replacement. Don’t need t feel guilty because it’s high protein, low carb and low sugar. Sooooooo delicious and I am picky about my mint chocolate .“

“The food is decent but hella over-priced. There's a reason you don't see their sandwiches in their marketing promotions, you're better off at Subway for that. $10 for a basic little sandwich with barely anything on it is crazy work.“

“House of Vibes has great nutritious shakes and teas. Great customer service. Positive environment. Great music playing in background.“

“I have been a frequent customer of Alphaprepmealz for some time now, and I highly recommend their service.

The menu rotates weekly, which keeps the meals interesting, and the food is cooked on-site and never frozen. Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable compared to other services I have tried.

I encourage you to check them out.“

“My body loves this store. Motto: If you make your body happy It will make you very happy!“

“We love Organico. Healthy options, great deals on Uber eats, and always tasty. Excited to see them expand!!!“

“Tried the new Summer Bowl and honestly really liked it. The flavors were fresh and balanced, not too heavy or over-seasoned, and the temperature of the ingredients was just right. I actually liked the food more than CAVA. It felt cleaner and easier to eat.

The service was the weak point. No one greeted me when I walked in, and the team seemed to be chatting with each other. I also had to ask before anyone helped me with my pickup order. CAVA feels a lot more welcoming on that side.

Kind of a bummer because the food was great. If the service felt a little more attentive, I’d probably come here a lot more often.“
