“5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!“

“I’ve driven past hundreds of times, not really knowing what they’re all about. I was stopped at the traffic light one day and they were handing out a free meal. That was three months ago and since then, I am eating better and rarely go to the store except to get milk, eggs and bread! Discovering Ready Fit Go came at a perfect time. I was getting ready to have hand surgery and knew my recovery would be difficult and long. I started out with the 5 day meal plan and had it delivered. Everything I purchased was delicious and so fresh. That was the beginning of a new way of eating for me. There’s always fresh and healthy food in my refrigerator now, no more running out to pick up take out. I’m saving money, time and eating healthier then I ever have before. “This is my favorite açai place in the South Bay, I prefer this place over Oak Berry and blendzup. I like that they have lots of different healthy toppings, including one of my favorites - Goji berries and pistachios. The açai base is not too sweet and they put a generous amount of toppings for you. Plus it is located in a beautiful area with lots of other restaurants in the ocean right there definitely recommend.“

“Gum Tree Shop & Café is a small café and shop just a short walk from the Strand in Hermosa Beach. It’s been around for a while and feels very much like a local neighborhood spot.

Parking was easy right out front, which made the visit even more convenient. The café has outdoor seating, and you can sit with your coffee and feel the ocean air, with a steady flow of people and dogs passing by.

We ordered at the counter and had coffees, avocado toast with fruit, and a breakfast burrito. The food was fresh and straightforward, and the service was friendly and efficient.

The attached shop is a nice addition, with a thoughtful selection of home goods, cookbooks, and small gifts — an easy place to pick up something for a birthday or housewarming.

It does get a bit chilly in the morning, so bringing a light layer helps. Overall, a reliable Hermosa Beach stop for a casual breakfast or coffee after a walk along the beach.“

“Red & Louie’s makes one of the best cheese pizzas I’ve ever had — simple, classic, and absolutely delicious. The crust was spot-on, the sauce had just the right balance, and the cheese was gooey perfection. I also tried their craft soda and loved it — super refreshing and a nice change from the usual. Great spot in Hermosa Beach. I’ll definitely be back!“

“We dropped in for breakfast. Partner says great coffee! Had avocado toast and corned beef hash. So tasty!! Had some deeee-lish pickled red onions on top. Reasonable pricing. Beautiful staff that was very attentive. Seems also like a great rendition of an Irish pub right on the beach and near many of the Hermosa motels. Can't go wrong here!! Tie one on and dont have too far to crawl. Weeeee“

“This is our 2nd time here. I came for the pizza. In search of what we had in Napoli. But the 1st time I can I got distracted by the handmade pasta. So this time I stayed the course. I can report i like it! It's still not as thin but it's close. And they have this cheese pasta dish where the cheese is warmed up and then the fixings mixed in. I'll have to try it next time. The one time I had it was in Argentina. Although they boast 60% of Argentines are of Italian heritage, it's probably not quite right. There was also music tonight and the servers were attentive. A very nice night out.“

My boyfriend and I are spending the weekend in Hermosa for his birthday and we’ve come to this cafe 3 times and we plan to come again before we leave. Everything was so so good. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant literally made my eyes roll back. All of the pastry’s are fire. Everyone who works here is super kind but especially this one girl (kinda tall, body tea, blonde hair w/ low lights??? And black claw clip). I don’t know her name and clearly don’t know her at all but I could just tell she was a girls girl. She was great and her vibes were amazing. Okay love you bye🤍“
