“YO! This pasta. OH MY GOSH. I got the angel hair with the pink sauce and … it was one of the best things to grace my lips. It. Was. So. Good. “5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!“

“We stopped here after biking the beach path for a couple of hours, wow it was so good!
Food was beyond expectations. We got the waygo cheeseburger, Cobb salad, and onion rings. All three were delicious, but especially the burger and salad.
Burger: thick, juicy, flavorful - best one I've had in the past year.
Salad: beautifully composed, perfectly ripe tomatoes and avacado, TONS of blue cheese and bacon, and they tossed the greens before. Excellent!

“Gum Tree Shop & Café is a small café and shop just a short walk from the Strand in Hermosa Beach. It’s been around for a while and feels very much like a local neighborhood spot.
Parking was easy right out front, which made the visit even more convenient. The café has outdoor seating, and you can sit with your coffee and feel the ocean air, with a steady flow of people and dogs passing by.
We ordered at the counter and had coffees, avocado toast with fruit, and a breakfast burrito. The food was fresh and straightforward, and the service was friendly and efficient.
The attached shop is a nice addition, with a thoughtful selection of home goods, cookbooks, and small gifts — an easy place to pick up something for a birthday or housewarming.
It does get a bit chilly in the morning, so bringing a light layer helps. Overall, a reliable Hermosa Beach stop for a casual breakfast or coffee after a walk along the beach.“

“We absolutely love Fusion Sushi in Hermosa Beach! The fish is always fresh, tender, and full of flavor, and the sushi is consistently amazing. “This is one of our favorite spots in the south bay! We love it so much we actually had our wedding reception at the rooftop. Food and service are always great and Andrew has been fantastic at taking care of our guests on our wedding day. Love their Iris Azul, El Pistachio and all the mezcal drinks. As for food - die for tortillas and decadent Chimichangas!“

“Visited the bar with friend as staying in Hermosa. We are soccer fans and the barmen all looked after us by ensuring we could watch our teams in the Champions League. \nPlenty of TVs, friendly staff, drinks well priced, tasty snacks and bar meals. All the bar people were friendly, helpful, good fun and made us customers feel good. Would definitely go there again if in the area. Thanks for looking after us.“

“Great Shrimp burritos. Lots of grilled Shrimp. Flavorful. Great size. Perfect grilled peppers, onions, lemons and salsa to pair. Great selection of tacos and burritos, grilled fish or shrimp, device, soaps, seafood soup, flan, and more.

“This is our 2nd time here. I came for the pizza. In search of what we had in Napoli. But the 1st time I can I got distracted by the handmade pasta. So this time I stayed the course. I can report i like it! It's still not as thin but it's close. And they have this cheese pasta dish where the cheese is warmed up and then the fixings mixed in. I'll have to try it next time. The one time I had it was in Argentina. Although they boast 60% of Argentines are of Italian heritage, it's probably not quite right. There was also music tonight and the servers were attentive. A very nice night out.“

“We dropped in for breakfast. Partner says great coffee! Had avocado toast and corned beef hash. So tasty!! Had some deeee-lish pickled red onions on top. Reasonable pricing. Beautiful staff that was very attentive. Seems also like a great rendition of an Irish pub right on the beach and near many of the Hermosa motels. Can't go wrong here!! Tie one on and dont have too far to crawl. Weeeee“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“
