Came across this place whilst looking for a spot to get a reasonably priced matcha latte from—considering that the Manhattan Beach surroundings can become extremely pricey if you find yourself in the wrong spot. Needless to say, a regular matcha latte (around the same size as a grande from Starbucks) costs around about $6, I asked for some vanilla syrup inside, which brought my total up to around ~$7.50 after tax. The vibe is top tier, with good air conditioning, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels thoughtfully put together.
The coffee is amazing, and the drinks are not to be missed. A regular matcha latte is reasonably priced for the Manhattan Beach surroundings, prepared nicely and tasting really good, rating between an 8 up to a 10. The Horchata Latte is incredible—one of the best specialty drinks in a long time. The food is always flavorful, fresh, and nourishing. The breakfast burrito is absolutely outstanding, and the Beef Macro Bowl is delish, as is the chilaquiles. A sandwich was surprisingly huge, packed with fresh vegetables, cheese, and high-quality ingredients, so generous one person could barely finish it. The menu offers plenty of fresh, wholesome options, and every dish is flavorful and well prepared. The location is easy to get to, parking is convenient, and there is a great stash in the fridge of healthy drinks and snacks. Great food, positive energy, professional staff, and a comfortable atmosphere create a place to return to again and again.
