“All of the food we ate was AWESOME! The breakfast enchiladas were especially delicious. They even made chocolate chip Mickey Mouse pancakes for our kids (which tasted much better than your average kid pancake). We sat on the heated patio and it was lovely!! The Redondo Beach and Hermosa beach locations are both beautiful and convenient. If we’re ever back in town we’ll be eating here 100%!Kid-friendliness: Great for kids! “Flex protein house is such a hidden gem. I'm so happy I decided to try it out. They have so many options much more than what I thought because I went in for a meal replacement shake, but they have electrolyte drinks. They have pre-workout drinks they have post workout drinks they have during workout drinks they have Meal replacement detox shots they have refreshers they even have protein donuts, which were so delicious. The inside is a very nice upscale lounge vibe with tables, chairs, and inside that mini basketball game. Overall, the vibes were great and I will definitely be coming back.!“
“It’s a cool concept and convenient for a quick meal pick up. It’s not a sit down restaurant, it’s like a collective of restaurants, like a food court but not because there’s only a couple places to sit and eat. You can order food online or at the site and pick up there. I didn’t know it was set up this way so it was confusing when driving there and trying to find it. The building says Daisy on it, you can park and go in.“

I had the food delivered, but will pick up going forward to avoid delivery charges and order meals for several days.I got a Chicken Garden Bowl. The vegetables were impeccably fresh and the pulled chicken made my eyes roll it was so delicious. The lemon thyme dressing was perfectly fresh and so flavorful, that just a bit was needed.The cashew chocolate pudding was so rich and luscious, but not overly sweet.I have been shopping prepared meal plans for a while now and haven't found one that has the great food, fair prices and has a healthy menu. Ben's will fill the bill for me.“
