“I love this pretzels are amazingly delicious“

“Love Wetzels Pretzels, we were here this past Friday and the week before on a Saturday. These pretzels are so good.
They are my kryptonite. I love the smell of the pretzels baking and love the doughy and salty flavor of the pretzels. Very affordable too.
The workers are generally nice here and very hard working.
I snapped a video of one of the female workers rolling out the dough. It was very impressive to see her work and she put on quite a show without knowing it. I hope that Wetzels appreciates the hard work of their employees. Again, great pretzels“

“For me, this is a top 5 LA coffee shop because it’s solid and straightforward. Great latte, cold brew, and drip coffee. Laidback ambiance and no pretentious energy. Delicious pastries and cute trinkets for purchase. Staff have always been friendly. Parking isn’t necessary hard to find but I rarely get a spot right in front…just gotta do a lap or two.“

“Great cafe! They have solid drink options and the sweet potato cheese pretzel thing is insanely good. The vibe is very peaceful. The only issue is the WiFi is really bad; I think maybe the cafe is in some sort of cell service dead zone because even trying to use the internet in other ways (like cellular data/hotspot) is also tough. Otherwise it would be a perfect place to come take your laptop and get work done. It’s still a nice place to sit and read or write since it is quiet and cozy.“

“I want to give a big shout-out to Axel at Auntie Anne’s for his amazing customer service! He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I actually called the day before with some questions, and I believe I spoke with Axel then as well — he was very helpful and made sure I had the information I needed.

When we came in, he continued to provide great service, and because of him, I would definitely come back. We ordered the original nuggets and an original pretzel, and the food was delicious.

I do want to mention that another employee (I’m not sure if she was a manager) could have handled coaching or correcting employees in a kinder way. There’s always a more positive way to communicate with a team member. Her attitude came across as if she didn’t want to be there, which affected the overall experience.

“You know what you’re in store for when you stop at a Wetzels…. But we were blown away at how deliciously different the bites tasted at this location. My son and I have had them across the country, at crypto arena and elsewhere. For some reason these were perfectly baked, buttered and salted. It’s just a pretzel, right?! Yeah. But these were the best we’ve ever had. I don’t know why. It wasn’t the added ambiance of an empty mall. I dunno… I can’t explain why.“
