Super good mochi, love the different flavors offered here. Recommend this place to everyone. I bring an assorted box to work and share with my co-workers because they are actually small pieces of edible joy
This review is long overdue- LA has a few artisinal mom and pop mochi shops that have lasted for decades, and Chikara is one of them. The presentation is beautiful, these are not cheap eats as well. For $20 you can get a decently assorted box of mochi to give, they take cash only. They also prepare it differently depending if it's a gift or for yourself.
