About Liu's Cafe

Liu's Cafe is a popular spot known for its unique and delightful flavors. The pork belly and wontons are highly recommended, with a new and moderate spice level. The braised pork belly over rice definitely lives up to the hype, and the cold sesame noodle is described as life-changingly good. The pineapple bun with buttercream is a favorite dessert, and the tiramisu style HK French toast is paired perfectly with HK milk tea. The food, including rice bowls, noodles, and dumplings, is better than expected with not overwhelming flavors. The French toast is delicious and not greasy, making it feel more like a dessert.

Customers praise the friendly staff and cozy ambiance, though the small space and high demand can lead to long waits, especially on weekends. One diner was able to sit down within 15 minutes, which is a pleasant surprise compared to the usual hour-long wait. Diners suggest arriving early to try the signature dishes, as items may sell out later in the day. Overall, Liu's Cafe offers a satisfying meal with unique and well-balanced flavors, making it a popular choice among locals and visitors alike.

Busy on the weekends and mornings so recommend coming here on a weekday. We came here during Wednesday for dinner and did not have to wait. They were out of the chicken rice but had everything else. You order at the front and then get a seat. They don’t do reservations so best to come with a small group of 2-3. Highlights on the menu for us we’re the French Toast and Pork Belly Rice. The French Toast was sweet with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. Overall, great place with...read full review

Really enjoyed my visit to Liu's Cafe! The food was incredibly flavorful and tasted like a comforting, home-cooked meal. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the service was genuinely warm and friendly. It’s just a great, casual spot to enjoy good food and unwind. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I have no idea what this thing is, but it’s so creamy and crunchy. It literally melts in your mouth and tastes like heaven.
