great customer service , cute and comfortable seating. I had the pistachio matcha and it was perfect blend of nutty flavor and earthy, my niece had the seasonal pumpkin spice late both delicious, they have a wide selection of pastries to try from 🥐started with the cubed matcha too the double chocolate & the fluffy smiley milk bun very delicious will come to try other pastries 😌“

“The manager is very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair, and some of the front desk staff ignore me. I came with my nurse. She waited in line twice and told them I needed to order, showing I was where the handicapped sign was. Both times, they ignored her and went to the next customer. When I said you sipped me, they said I have to wait in line. I did three times but they ignored my nurse. The staff also does not assist my nurse. She was sold two tiny cream cheese instead of the ones in the refrigerator. Plus i do not get a bakers dozen ever. They sell 12 but i say its 13 and they corrct me. I never have these issuss in Van Nuys. Nor when the manager assists me.“
