Wait in line Saturday ~11am was about 5 minutes. Was greeted enthusiastically by the employee taking my order.
Kinako shio pan - texture and flavor was amazing, although I didn’t really get any kinako flavor.
Matcha Mikan Tonic (drink) - Really great idea and blend! Although as I got further along, the drink tasted really strangely fishy, and I couldn’t finish most of it.
Overall I would come back to try more, when I’m in the area!

I’m not sure about the pastries. It’s hit or miss. It’s the same milk bread as base but just different filling.
