The manager is very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair, and some of the front desk staff ignore me. I came with my nurse. She waited in line twice and told them I needed to order, showing I was where the handicapped sign was. Both times, they ignored her and went to the next customer. When I said you sipped me, they said I have to wait in line. I did three times but they ignored my nurse.

Western Bagel is the best!! We used to buy them from Dave, decades ago in Panorama City where they made them. Sesame seeds are calling me!! Annie was the bookkeeper and she was awesome. It was fun just going in to buy bagels!
