“How does Father‘s Office only get 4.3 stars? This is my dream bar (not that I dream about bars): warm, intimate, unpretentious, truly awesome food offerings, and then of course there is the beer. In LA, for beer, there is no peer.

“Amer (the owner) and his wife are wonderful!!! Best burger and fries in LA and we’ve tried so many places. Price is absolutely unbeatable for the ingredient. Amer is so friendly. My wife and I spoke to them for at least 15 mins after our food. All of his ingredients are from local farms and he knows exactly where everything comes from and he only sources it if he trusts the farm. You can’t find owners that care that much anymore. The care, quality, attention is unmatched. The cheese they use is real, the fries made with beef tallow are incredible, grass fed beef, the tomatoes on their own taste how a tomato should taste, sauce is handmade and has a nice kick to it. Will be back for sure! Can't recommend enough. Plenty of free parking on the side lot as well.“

It's important to note that this is not to be confused with Barney's Beanery. The burger of the month was the Santa Fe, which came highly recommended by my friend. It featured caramelized onions and jalapeños, offering a slight kick, but the real highlight was the incredibly juicy patty and the generous portion of meat. I also thoroughly enjoyed the skinny fries.\nOur server, Kira, was fast, efficient, and super friendly—Thank You, KIRA! I am not of of millennial restaurants where stand at a cash register and pay the tip upfront then assigned a number & number holder then fend & elbow for a table. This is old school service upgraded with innovative traffic management to expedite cuisines & cocktails. I love the intimacy of the raised railroad car booths where I can actually hear my guest’s conversation and speak to wait staff at eye level. And the bathrooms are so modern and spotless! Mimi is a warm, consummate professional who can handle anything, events-wise, and the space is versatile for any kind of casual and convivial gathering. This place is one of my favorite “third spaces” for working when I need a change of environment from the home office (there are tables that overlook the pool), painting (I’m a huge fan of the paint and sip classes) or just hanging out. “Great service and welcoming environment. ample parking and seating both indoors and out. amazing selection of both beers and ciders on tap. my only major issue is the removal of the tip system to a forced service charge (mandatory tip) system of 18%. we ordered a single flight and a pint at the bar ourselves, no table service or any real interaction yet a tip was fourced upon us on the bill.“
