Nice staff. But a bit of flies problem at the outdoor dining area ...
It felt like the team was understaff but they were trying really hard to run the restaurant. It took about 30 mins for a single person order and I didn’t get what I ordered by Ryan apologized for the wait, and it was a welcomed surprise.
The do need 2 or 3 people on the team, on a Friday night. The tables needed some attention to keep them clean
This is a no frills solid burger place. I have a serious hatred of american cheese. Don't believe it's real cheese and try to avoid burger places that only sell it (In-N-Out, Five Guys). While Burger Lounge has American cheese they also have real cheese like cheddar and swiss for your burger. I know I have a problem but I'm not alone with the American cheese dislike. But I digress.
