I had to write a review because my husband commented that this was his best CPK experience. We came for lunch on a Wednesday during winter break and were immediately seated. Zoe was our sever, and she and who I believe was the manager were great! We did not realize it upon arrival, but Zoe let us know we arrived during happy hour and provided the available specials. Good news in terms of customer service. The manager did reach out to me based on my feedback and was very apologetic-- he acknowledged it was likely due to a shift change, but that wasn't an excuse and was very anxious to make good on the experience and invited me back on-the-house. I'll leave a final review after I return. TBC

My experience last evening at CPK was a wonderful. It was primarily due to the extraordinary attention & care that our wait persón Zoe gave us. It is rare to find someone so truly dedicated to making their customers dining out a pleasant occasion. Zoe went above & beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Zoe!
