“Loveeeee the salads here, as someone who isn’t a huge fan of salads these hit different. If you love something spicy try the chili crisp, bomb!!!!!!! I also recently tried the Bachan and it is so good. The seating is great and relaxing for a location that is constantly full of turism. My only complaint was some attitude I got from one of the male employees almost rushing me even though I was the only one in line. I love hearing what the employees recommend and the female employees was so kind giving recommendations but the male employee not so much joyful over my questions, but to each their own. Other than that the rest of the employees are kind. Definitely recommend.“

“What a hidden gem in Santa Monica! The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. They serve some of the most authentic Korean and Japanese dishes I’ve had in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything was spotless. I came with my husband and our 4-year-old, and we all had a wonderful experience. 💕 The Calamari Fries were definitely the highlight for me. Highly recommend!“

“Glad Hurry Curry has reopened after closing their Sawtelle location. if you are new and don't know what to order, try the chicken cutlet curry and the Chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce. The curry is bold and savory. make sure to request picked vegetables for the curry. the chicken pasta is also rich and savory. both dishes complement each other without repeating the same experience. the portions are large so bring friends or bring home plenty of portions for leftovers.“

Mimi is a warm, consummate professional who can handle anything, events-wise, and the space is versatile for any kind of casual and convivial gathering. This place is one of my favorite “third spaces” for working when I need a change of environment from the home office (there are tables that overlook the pool), painting (I’m a huge fan of the paint and sip classes) or just hanging out. My personal favorites are the Spicy Bear and the Bianco pizzas… both are insanely delicious and packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the spicy BBQ wings, the PERFECT balance of sweet and spicy. I literally crave them all the time.

It's important to note that this is not to be confused with Barney's Beanery. The burger of the month was the Santa Fe, which came highly recommended by my friend.
