“We had a nice, cozy dinner here and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered our pasta without cheese, but it was accidentally served with cheese. The staff handled the mistake very professionally and apologized immediately. They quickly brought us the correct order, and the service throughout the evening was friendly and attentive. Mistakes can happen, but the way they resolved the situation was excellent.“

“I love pizza have one once a week we are from Iowa and we're in town visiting our daughter, the amount of ingredients is unbelievable and they know about each one because their menu changes, but the most shocking thing was how quick we got our pizza I bet 5 minutes and it wasn't just us everyone got their pizza that fast plus the waiter gave us a loaf of sourdough bread they just made. My personal favorites are the Spicy Bear and the Bianco pizzas… both are insanely delicious and packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the spicy BBQ wings, the PERFECT balance of sweet and spicy. I literally crave them all the time.

“A friend and I visited Il Forno Trattoria last Saturday. After we left, my friend realised she had lost her grandmother's ring, of great sentimental value. We telephoned the restaurant even though it had already closed for the night, and the team immediately invited us back to search. When we arrived, the staff were cleaning up but had already started to look for the ring and helped us look through the restrooms and, kitchen. At least three or four employees actively helped, including providing gloves and helping us go through the trash to ensure it was lost in a restroom trash can. It was clear that everyone was genuinely concerned and willing to do whatever they could. Although the ring was not found, their professionalism, empathy, and willingness to stay late and actively help without question have left a lasting impression. I mustn’t forget the meal itself had been excellent: well‑prepared dishes, attentive yet unobtrusive service, and a well‑chosen wine list. Taken together with the staff’s extraordinary support, the experience showed Il Forno Trattoria at its best. It is the epitome of excellent service. Whether you are looking for quality Italian cuisine or a restaurant where the team truly cares about its guests, I cannot recommend Il Forno Trattoria highly enough.“

“Stopped by today to redeem a coupon, and the app was giving me trouble. I wasn’t too worried since I figured I could contact support later, but the employee at the counter went above and beyond to help. He got his manager involved, and they both took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful staff.

On top of that, the pizza was killer. Just wanted to say thank you to whoever was working today—you turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Hi I love this cafe - the food is healthy, tasty and wide-ranging in cuisines, and the people, Mimi and Justin, make it feel like another home. Mimi is a warm, consummate professional who can handle anything, events-wise, and the space is versatile for any kind of casual and convivial gathering. This place is one of my favorite “third spaces” for working when I need a change of environment from the home office (there are tables that overlook the pool), painting (I’m a huge fan of the paint and sip classes) or just hanging out. Neighbors can consider it a great resource for meals and snacks off the beach (and anytime), entertaining for occasions and even just to grab a bottle of wine or party-food supplies for friends who drop by. “I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted immediately and was directed to a booth. My friend ordered the Banh MI Bowl and I told her it was very good! I've had it before. I was craving the Thai Crunch Salad, Large. I couldn't finish it so I took the rest home and had it the next day and it was still yummy. The grilled chicken in this salad was cooked perfectly and the grilled taste, amazing!! Faruq, our server was On Point and was very attentive with a smile! He definitely has pride in his job, which is rare these days. I will return to those location again!“

“I went in today for some food but I thought the food court was empty but I heard someone say hi welcome so it caught my interest and look it was pizza I love pizza. one of the few places that has bottled Coke) for a scene in my acting class across the street. Turns out my car keys fell out of my purse and I didn't realize it..come midnight after class I was frantically searching the area and didn't find it. The next day I went back to keep searching. I remembered the Coke i bought and headed to check there. The pizza place was closed but the door was propped open so I went in calling for whom ever was in the back but no one heard me. That's when I spotted my keys off to the side of the counter! I can't tell you the relief and gratitude I felt.
