We were starving after going to one of the popups in the mall and the food court was just opening. The pizza was fresh out of the oven so already much better than most times I've eaten at this chain in other locations. The serving of Spaghetti and Meatballs was massive- luckily it was served in a to-go container as we were only able to eat about half of it. The cashier was able to refill my soda quickly, no issues.

I got everything I could ask for. They have good combo deals, so 1 slice, side dish, and a drink for something like 12$ can't remember the exact prize. The customer service is good and fast. Also it's convenient to be here. It's right in the food court so there's lot of places to sit and a busy environment with lots of people moving and going places. Sbarro is Sbarro. It seems like they've been around for a while and are pretty consistent no matter where you go. What's hit or miss is the pasta, which all depends on how long it's been sitting there. You can ask them if there are fresh servings coming soon or even how long it's been there. But again, depending on the mood of the employee, you may or may not get an honest answer. This particular Sbarro is no different.
