“11:08 Stopped in when they first opened. Found it a unique and nutritious option for takeout in Santa Monica. It's very clean and the gal working there was very nice and very knowledgeable about the different dishes they offered. Been back a few times since and have enjoyed both the entrees as well as salads. Everything is already prepared and ready to go. So convenient when you don't what you're hungry for or haven't been to the market in awhile! There's plenty of items to choose from and so far we haven't been disappointed. I'll try to remember to take some pictures next time I'm there. Definitely recommend checking it out!“
“When I first moved down to LA, this was one of my favorite food discoveries. I loved ordering CCC for lunch or after the gym. What's changed in the last 3 years? My issue is that nothing has changed. The redundancy of the drive-up, receive a clear, yellow bag, drive back and enjoy my cold wrap or salad has become more of a chore than an experience. It's almost like a check the box "Did you eat today?" To their defense, the customer service, portions, and quality have always been top tier. For some reason I just don't crave CCC anymore. I'm not saying opening the lobby would change this, but the company could definitely use a shake up. A new menu item, a different wrap or salad, anything to excite the patrons. The saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it" but I vehemently disagree when it comes to CCC. They have the infrastructure to roll out some pretty cool food choices (ie seasoning the chicken in wraps, a hot wrap item, a new salad). Probably talking to myself here but oh well! CCC hear me out!“

“Our group arrived early for an event we booked that was located at the Santa Monica Place Mall, so we decided to grab a quick bite first and ordered something from here. I got the avocado toast and a berry acaí smoothie. Both were delicious! The staff who prepared our order were also very helpful. I asked if they were able to add eggs on the toast but she explained that they could not since they only have a grill. Either way the toast as it was was satisfying. I'd go here more often if I lived nearby, however I'm miles away! I'm glad I got to try it though, and I definitely recommend them if you're in this area and are looking for something fresh and healthy!“
“I love going to Luna for Lunch and/or Dinner, in particular , the Culver City location. It’s my go to place. The food is always amazing and the portion is huge that I always have left over for the following day. My favorite is the Mediterranean Salad.. The dressing is amazing. I add garlic kabob chicken and I have enough for my lunch the following day .In addition, they have a great staff. Aidan and Rodney are always so welcoming and friendly. “The Grain Cafe in Culver City on Venice blvd did it again ! Every time I try something different,,, and let me tell you , they never disappoint. I ordered for delivery it was a wet burrito in green sauce ! I love the vegan chicken ! Everything is delicious . Also the guy who answers the phone is always so pleasant, courteous, and professional. For someone that is going vegetarian, I always find it easy to eat something I am craving without the meat . “This is such a cute spot, I had my reservations, as I am a neighbourhood resident and I had heard not-so-great stuff, but upon going in for my first time, I was recommended a fantastic shake, and I also got a wrap. The boys, both working the counter and the back were the sweetest people, the service was fast, and the food was fantastic. Honestly, I can't give this place enough praises. 10/10“

“I visited this place about a month ago and I couldn't believe how nice the employees were. So I had to come back to make sure it was real and let me tell you... I have never been in a place with such a nice service. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They provided my friend and me with an extension cord to connect our laptops... TWICE! They helped us with water, made suggestions to make my sandwich better, they have nice vegan options and the coffee is pretty good. Today it was a bit cold outside and they turned on the heater for us. I can't recommend this place enough!!!“

“Delicious food, but…(and this may be because I’m from Texas where everything is bigger) … but the size of a single skewer of Koobideh for around $20 was questionable at best. Granted, it’s LA and things are just more expensive these days, but Shrinkflation Kabab isn’t quite in line with the Iranian culture of true hospitality IMO.Make the skewers thicker and charge more if you have to! The flavor is great! It’s juicy! Give us more! We will pay more for it!That said, a single skewer of top quality Koobideh meal in Houston is around $16 and it would run circles around any kabab in California. That does make me biased because Houston has the best Persian food in the western hemisphere, but that doesn’t mean any Koobideh should be that small. 4 hours later and it feels like we didn’t have lunch despite spending $50 on two skewers of Koobideh.Good service, good atmosphere, but the food quality needs to be stepped up to be competitive and worthy of high commendation, especially for someone visiting from Houston.So far, Houston 1 - 0 LA“

“I think goop is pretty on par with what reviewers say. I really liked my salad. I felt like the ingredients were fresh and unique and tasty. I felt like the salad was kinda high priced to then have to add a protein in this case. Some come with protein but without my added protein the salad would have felt a bit bare. It was definitely tasty. It's takeout only. They do have a patio to enjoy your food on though. I wish they offered free water inside. A worker gave me some but I think it was supposed to be for the workers and not guests but because I asked she gave me a cup. So if that's the case, water would be nice but overall I had a good experience.“

“Unassuming and friendly little cafe just off the Venice Beach boardwalk - went there on a whim and so glad we did! Best vegan tacos I have ever had, and the acai bowl was delicious. “My partner and I went to the Alfalfa Larchmont location in October of last year on a whim. We wanted to find healthy, clean food for after we hiked to the Hollywood Sign. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious salads and wraps. The donut machine was down at that time, and we really wanted to try the gluten free donuts, so we vowed to visit the Santa Monica location on our next L.A. trip. On Sunday, we achieved that dream and got 3 gluten free donuts- the lavender, maple, and chocolate. My favorite was the maple! I got a buffalo goddess salad and my partner got a cobb wrap. I loved the salad because I am a sweet-potato head hah...I love the atmosphere of this place- the peachy colors and succulent plants. It feels so L.A. (I am saying this fondly as someone who grew up here). Our experience was fun and joyful. Also we recognized the person who served us at the counter (wish I had gotten the name), because it is was the same friendly person from the previous Larchmont trip. I just love this place!“
