“Insanely good restaurant with really good service and an extremely tasteful decor and music. Great atmosphere, it seems like a family owned restaurant. The food is phenamenal, I have been coming here for a decade, quality has maintained a high level.“
“Meals and memories are made here at Bianca’s deli. Bianca’s deli (est 1983) is a small Mediterranean deli cafe in East Hollywood. They serve fresh, healthy salads, wraps, sandwiches, panini and pasta. Furthermore, they offer good breakfast and coffee. They provide exceptional service and food. I came here over Lunch and ordered a Grilled chicken salad and a Pasta Primavera. Food was fresh and satisfying; portions were abundant for their modest price. Staff were assiduous, caring and professional.Overall, I enjoyed their service and food. I highly recommend this deli.“
“Grain Café Van Nuys is creative LA California cuisine/Mexican/Central American food. They will work with you to figure out particular dietary requirements/restrictions. This branch is in a space that used to be a single family dwelling, although hasn't been used that way for decades. So you still have a homey environment to eat in. It just adds to the warm experience. Recommended highly!“
“I visited this place about a month ago and I couldn't believe how nice the employees were. So I had to come back to make sure it was real and let me tell you... I have never been in a place with such a nice service. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They provided my friend and me with an extension cord to connect our laptops... TWICE! They helped us with water, made suggestions to make my sandwich better, they have nice vegan options and the coffee is pretty good. Today it was a bit cold outside and they turned on the heater for us. I can't recommend this place enough!!!“
“I went for some mole chilaquiles and they were super delicious. Reminded me of my Mama Lolitas mole. She made the best in Boyle Heights...memories of my mom when she was here on earth. Now, i know where i can find a bit of my mom's spirit. Thank you and Blessings to this heavenly spot. Great food. Loved it and will go back again.“
“Maddie was amazing! She is so kind and had a friendly/positive attitude. She took her time with our order and offered service with a smile. We did wait for a while but talking to Maddie made it seem so quick. I love Calif Chicken Cafe and this made me love it even more. Will be coming back to this location soon!“
“Excellent from start to finish. Cozy little bistro serving excellent grilled meats and Mediterranean sides. The lamb chops were tasty, tender and flavorful especially when paired with the smoky velvety babaganoush. The chicken shawarma wrap was also a hit as was the succulent salmon.“
“When my business partner bit into the kebeh that we ordered he made a face of delight that I’ve never seen him make before. I laughed out loud. He said, “This is the best kebeh I’ve ever had” and I said, “I can tell!” He was right. What a beautiful experience it was to dine at Sumac. This place is special. This isn’t just authentic Lebanese food, it’s curated recipes from Lebanese Mom and Grandma and Great Grandma, or at least that’s what I imagined. I’m already craving more Babaganoush topped with pomegranate seeds. The chicken shawarma sandwich was fresh and tender and delicious. The owner Eli and staff are lovely and welcoming. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu in the future. Today I just wanted my favorite Lebanese comfort food items and I succeeded in getting them. Easy parking, patio, bar, good vibes all around. I loved sitting in the window and looking at the flowering geraniums just on the window sill. It’s the details.“
“Mia's intuition is spot on! She has an amazing technique that really allows her to get to the core of an issue. As soon as I sat down with her I felt at ease, like she was family. She gave me immediate insight and I felt relief in the places I was struggling. Highly recommend her services!“
“Delicious food, but…(and this may be because I’m from Texas where everything is bigger) … but the size of a single skewer of Koobideh for around $20 was questionable at best. Granted, it’s LA and things are just more expensive these days, but Shrinkflation Kabab isn’t quite in line with the Iranian culture of true hospitality IMO.Make the skewers thicker and charge more if you have to! The flavor is great! It’s juicy! Give us more! We will pay more for it!That said, a single skewer of top quality Koobideh meal in Houston is around $16 and it would run circles around any kabab in California. That does make me biased because Houston has the best Persian food in the western hemisphere, but that doesn’t mean any Koobideh should be that small. 4 hours later and it feels like we didn’t have lunch despite spending $50 on two skewers of Koobideh.Good service, good atmosphere, but the food quality needs to be stepped up to be competitive and worthy of high commendation, especially for someone visiting from Houston. So far, Houston 1 - 0 LA“
“Today was a challenging day until I stopped by to pick up my takeout order. Unfortunately, I made an error and ordered the incorrect meal, which was frustrating. Maria recognized my distress and went above and beyond to rectify the situation by correcting my order. I greatly appreciate her kindness, which significantly improved my day.“
“I always appreciate the top notch friendly service. I had mistakenly ordered from another CCC location and Yusef made the transfer of the order to the Westwood location seamless. I don't have a long lunch break, so every second counts. Thanks Yusef for the always positive service, problem solving on the spot, and showing up for the customers ! You rock!“
“You cant go wrong with the food here, the half chicken by the way my favorite os just the best. Such a big good portion that comes. Place is very nice, so is the parkings outside. Only drawback is just lately eating out has gotten so expensive and this is not only in Zankou, this is all over in Cali.“
“Food was awesome. Service was great. I went close to closing time and they didn’t have any rotisserie chicken anymore which is phenomenal, so I was a bit disappointed.Like anything else in downtown LA, parking sucks for this location.Vegetarian options: Falafel are good and so are all their sides.“
“I saw them on Yelp and made a beeline for them as they were only a few blocks away. How have I lived here for 10 years and didn't know of this wonderful eatery this close to me. Their portions are healthy and variety is scrumptious. Thank you Yelp for recommending:)“
“Always loved coming here with my family and getting the family meal or the plates. Now I like to get the bowls as it has rice, meat, and two sides. Comes with a garlic sauce and one more sauce you get to choose. I get the hot sauce. Always parking in the lot. It is free valet but def tip“
“I love it here. The food feels healthy. The staff are always sweet and helpful. Really, I have no complaints. Their salads and chicken dishes are very tasty. I don't know how they do it. Their chicken is very soft. The dressings that come with the salad always pairs well. The taste can't be explained. The flavor profiles are complex. Their cookies are bomb, too.“
“Through DoorDash I ordered the Chinese Chicken salad and that was the best CC salad. It was hearty and it was presented very nicely. This was my first time trying and I will definitely be ordering this again. Also, the lemonade and cookies were delicious.?“
“Weekday lunchPlenty of people on the outside tables and a continuous (I mean continuous) stream of people either walking to driving to pick up their orders…The definition of LA fast casual in my opinionI ordered in person after checking the menu and got the Melrose which was a wrap with chicken, avocado, cheese, greens, tomato & mayoThat’s it plus a side of Italian dressing. It’s so simple yet so good!!I also had their homemade lemonade which I recommend and I found a couple extra chicken wings in my to go bag when I finally sat down to eat which was a definite plus!!I’m gonna have to come back to try the 91 or the Caesar wrap….“
“First time and it sure won’t be the last! It was simply excellent, very fresh ingredients and the staff were all friendly and engaged! Highly recommend simply salad.Vegetarian options: Salad options, many key qualities to choose from!Kid-friendliness: Healthy Option for children! Go GREENWheelchair accessibility: Easy walk in, wide doors for easily accessibility“
“I'll have to make another return here to 'Every Table,' Los Feliz, Los Angeles, CA., some time soon but was just a quick restroom stop. Now that I'm writing this review, doing so actually made me realize I bought a box of Lemon Pepper Chicken salad, and that box is still in the car. Luckily, it was raining in Los Angeles, CA earlier today when I was driving this area, so I don't think the food would have spoiled. I better place that in the fridge. Cashier was very friendly: I asked if all boxed items sold were readily cooked since it was my first time here, he took time to answer all my questions. I was literally just in for a quick restroom break walking back to my car. I'll have to stop by to take more pics next trip. This cafe was kept extremely clean throughout. They sold mostly Vegan dishes to-go, ready-to-eat dishes if you have immediate access to a microwave, I'll be back again to try a drink or two. Thanks for your convenience!!!! Cya next time!!!!“
“Friendly, efficient service & delicious vegan options!I enjoyed building my own salad with customized ingredients like garbanzo beans, edamame & broccoli. All the vegetables & beans were very fresh.Andrea quickly made my salad. I only waited a few minutes. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and expressed appreciation for my business.Vegetarian options: Vegan friendly“
“I'll Be BackThank you for kindly responding to my rant. You're correct. We all have off days, and I'm going to trust you will return to the place I love.Be Well & Kind2.6.24 Rant:Usually, I love this place, but NOT today. I may as well have swung by Ralphs for a bag of lettuce. There is literally no more than a teaspoon of the toppings I requested. Seriously, did corporate come and slap someone's hand, cuz this bowl is 95% lettuce? I don't see the red peppers I asked for; there's a sliver of ginger and onion, 3 cranberries, and a smidgen of broccoli. The two stars are only because this bowl of mostly grass is fresh.I plan to give you another try in the future, but I'm going to go back to eating at Sweetgreen if this is how you plan to operate moving forward.- Feeling SimplySad and Disappointed“
“What's there to say?!?! Everytable has EVERYTHING!!!! This place is great for on the go healthy choices, they have sooo much to choose from. This place has great coffee smooth and robust, coupled with my favorite Cherry Corn meal cookie is the perfect pick me up. Later in my day I can swing in again and pick up a granola parfait and there Chicken Pesto on ciabatta for lunch. I enjoy the cafe atmosphere if I want to get away from work; and the employees are always warm and welcoming. So thanks Evertable! And to May & Harry you guys are the best! Keep up the good work!“
“Love Twist & Grill! I was very sad when they closed during the pandemic and I'm glad their back open! I've only ever had their ceasar salad wrap (1x) and Philly wrap (2X). While I like both, the Philly wrap is my favorite of the two. Such fresh ingredients and tender meat you can't go wrong! Give them try! I recommend!“
“Bomb shwarma spot! Highly recommended. The wraps are filled with meat and delicious veggies. The sauces are very tasty as well. The size of the wraps are big and could probably feed two people. They also have dumplings that looked really good which I will probably try next time I'm there. Add jalapeños, it gives the perfect spice to the wrap.“
