“What a gem...hands down the best elotes l've ever had!! The corn man is super nice and super fast at pumping out Elote via cob or bowl. There was probably 20+ people ahead of me with multiple orders but it only took 25 minutes to get through since he's so efficient. It can be so amazingly rich and heavy for some folks but this is what you're coming for! A guilty pleasure ruminating in cheese, mayo and liquid butter and corn. I prefer the bowl over the cob since it's much easier to eat. I also recommend getting two at once so u don't have to wait in line again and it's so cheap. 100% recommend!“

Working with their CEO, Elizabeth was a delight as she worked hard to help me create the perfect menu for the event.

The passed appetizers were instant crowd-pleasers—the chicken cigars were dangerously good, the seared ahi tuna was fresh and beautifully presented, and the wagyu bites were a total showstopper. People were literally tracking down servers for seconds (and thirds).

The stations took things to another level. The pasta station was a hit with everyone, the Vegas carvery felt indulgent and on-theme in the best way, and the dim sum station added a fun, unexpected twist that guests kept talking about. It struck that perfect balance between comfort, flair, and “wow” factor—exactly what you want at a casino party.

If I had to offer one small note for creative rework, it would be the tacos and tamales station—and that’s probably my Los Angeles roots talking. They were solid, but in a city where tacos and tamales are basically a competitive sport, that section just didn’t quite hit the same high bar as the rest of the menu.

That said, overall Bite Catering delivered an exceptional experience: great food, great service, great flow, and a menu that felt curated rather than generic. Our guests are still talking about it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for a big, high-energy event. 🎲✨“

The food was very well seasoned (not too salty) and cooked to perfection. From the time we walked through the door the gentleman was very helpful to break down the menu and sauces. “I found heirloom LA when they catered a function at my hospital. I was so impressed. I had them cater my 60th birthday just this past weekend and they are really wonderful to work with. They’re super friendly, help me a lot in the planning and the execution they connected me to the right people for doing the furniture for the party for servers and then the food was just completely completely amazing Euler menu great quality of food, vegetables, fruits. I did a full vegan menu and they were really, great about doing that with a really complex interesting menu with very taste and textures. I would definitely only use them for any future events that I do. I completely highly recommend them without reservation.

We were told that usually it's only downhill from the tasting, but we felt our tasting was representative of their quality. They were also able to preserve the quality even though we got a little behind schedule at our wedding (due to speeches running long, etc.), so they had to hold the food for a while, and it still came out great. Service was also impeccable. They also pivoted seamlessly when our first wedding venue cancelled on us.“
