“We hired Chef Charlie from Mint Personal Chef to cook a private dinner in our home for our 17th wedding anniversary on October 25th, 2025, and the entire experience was exceptional.
He created a beautifully curated menu featuring a Belgian endive salad with apple, almonds, blue cheese, honey, and mint, a flavorful curried butternut squash soup with coconut milk, pepitas, and chives, a perfectly cooked rosemary and thyme roasted chicken with honey-dijon Brussels sprouts and sweet potato mash, and the most comforting baked apple crumble with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Every dish was absolutely delicious and plated with stunning presentation. Chef Charlie even provided printed menus for each of us, adding such a thoughtful touch. Beyond the food, he was warm, conversational, and engaging—clearly putting intention and heart into every detail.
