I had the tri tip with Mac and cheese, greens, cornbread and a cucumber/onion salad with a side of Suela’s signature Hennessy sauce. Everything was delectable, well seasoned and I would definitely order again. The Mac and cheese is definitely grandma approved! I didn’t get any dessert but maybe next time I’ll try a pie or the cobbler. Suela’s soul food does not miss so give it a try!!“

The theme of our dinner was a taste of West Africa and included pepper soup, a honey bean hummus, and salad, jollof rice, lamb, catfish, chicken, and fonio, a non-alcoholic beverage, and puff puff with ice cream. “This place served us authentic and delicious Thai dishes. The service lady was very nice and polite. We ordered a lot of food for lunch and they managed to bring them out on a good time even though there were a good number of customers. Massaman curry, pad Thai, pad sew ew, larb, fried rice, sticky rice with fresh mango, were all amazing delicious. The ceiling were decorated with colorful upside down umbrellas which made for some great pictures. Their prices were very reasonable.“

“INCREDIBLE!! We called on Lady & Larder to help us with a charcuterie “flat lay” for our Spring Fling party of 100 people and they 💯 surpassed our expectations!! We knew nothing about this vendor other than the outstanding reviews we read. The sweetest gentleman showed up at the house early, prepared and got busy right away setting up on the 7’ long dining table. He brought beautiful wood crates to create multiple levels of assorted cheeses & meats, hummus & crudités, nuts & beautifully sliced fruits, multiple types of small crackers & breads… even supplied small jars of honey & dippers as well as small jars of spicy mustards. Gorgeous Protea flowers were carefully placed for the finishing touches. One hour after he arrived… we were blown away with the end result!! Our guests were impressed!! “This week, Blin House catered crepes at an event hosted by my law firm, iPlanLaw PC. The entire experience with Blin House was wonderful. They arrived early and set up before guests arrived. Iuri was communicative and helpful. Everyone who had a crepe enjoyed it immensely and raved about it. The Chick Bomb crepe truly is a bomb - the best I've ever had! These crepes look beautiful and taste incredibly good. Blin House offers a selection of sweet and savory crepes. I wish I could have tried them all!

“Incredible food! It was my second time here and it was just as good as I remembered it. We got the vegetarian platter (comes with each of the vegetarian sides) plus the tofu tibs and the chicken dorowat (in the middle). Everything was delicious! It is so much food though, we ordered that for 2 people and had to take most of it home. The atmosphere feels very 2000’s, I love it. Service was a bit slow on a Sunday night, but they were very nice. I love this place and will be coming back soon!“

Not sure why this isn’t more popular in SoCal, there’s no other place that has a hot pastrami sandwich! Ike’s, Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mikes, and dare I even put Subway in this sentence, HAS NOTHING on ToGo’s hot pastrami sandwich. No one has it! It’s sooo good. It’s not like regular cold pastrami, it’s cooked and almost taste like a less salty, most moist, less fatty bacon. It’s sooooo good.“
