DO NOT USE This company Mad Jackie’s Hibachi Catering in Los Angeles,
THEY CANCELED ON US ON THE DAY OF OUR EVENT. 5 hours before our party. Horrible company, so very rude and disrespectful to just cancel and leave us all hanging to scramble last minute on my husband’s 70th birthday luau celebration, turning it into a nightmare. If you want a reliable company look somewhere else and don’t chance this one. ZERO stars
Do NOT book Mad Jackie Hibachi. I booked over a month in advance and had communicated with them multiple times via email regarding the food/payment/tip. I checked in the day of because I hadn’t heard from them to confirm and she responded saying “they couldn’t find their email in their system” when she had actually responded to the last email.
