Iuri was communicative and helpful. Everyone who had a crepe enjoyed it immensely and raved about it. The Chick Bomb crepe truly is a bomb - the best I've ever had! These crepes look beautiful and taste incredibly good. Blin House offers a selection of sweet and savory crepes. I wish I could have tried them all!

“INCREDIBLE!! We called on Lady & Larder to help us with a charcuterie “flat lay” for our Spring Fling party of 100 people and they 💯 surpassed our expectations!! We knew nothing about this vendor other than the outstanding reviews we read. The sweetest gentleman showed up at the house early, prepared and got busy right away setting up on the 7’ long dining table. He brought beautiful wood crates to create multiple levels of assorted cheeses & meats, hummus & crudités, nuts & beautifully sliced fruits, multiple types of small crackers & breads… even supplied small jars of honey & dippers as well as small jars of spicy mustards. Gorgeous Protea flowers were carefully placed for the finishing touches. One hour after he arrived… we were blown away with the end result!! Our guests were impressed!! “We had an outstanding experience for our first catered event with LA Spice. The event planner, Andrea, was pleasant and easy to work with. She came and did a site visit to assess the possibilities for the party set up.

A few weeks later we had to change the venue. She was completely unflustered, came back for another site visit and made new suggestions about the set up.

As for the menu, she listened carefully to our parameters, then put together a menu that looked great on paper. She also worked with us to design the party layout including the colors for the table coverings, garden umbrellas, chairs, etc.

On the day of the party, she arrived early to oversee the set up. The catering staff came shortly afterwards and worked in a well orchestrated fashion to put everything together in just about 30 minutes.

The food that had looked good on paper was superb in both appearance and taste. The guests raved about the food long after the party!

The service by the staff of five (Chefs: Conrad & Dante; Servers: Agustin & Dawn; Bartender: Seth) was top-notch — pleasant, professional, attentive, and good humored. Many of our guests complimented us on how we’d found this group for our event.

For the size of our party and the food and service provided, the cost per person was very reasonable and lower than in our past experience with caterers.

We will definitely use LA Spice for future events and would highly recommend them to anyone else.“

Let me tell you, Carlos and his team are such professionals that they took a major load off our backs mainly my fiancé. We sat down with Carlos At his office a year prior to our wedding and he asked us what we’re looking for and he had his pen and paper noting everything down. Months passed and we again met with Carlos this time at the South End hall for the food tasting and he didn’t disappoint....the food was amazing and our guests told us after the wedding how much they loved food. We again met with Carlos and his daughter Karla and they showed us the table setting with the colors my fiancé wanted and she loved it since that’s what she envisioned. We wanted custom chairs for our sweetheart table and Carlos went above and beyond to get them for us. We couldn’t wait to see the final product and the day of the wedding we were amazed!!! Oh and the cocktail hour setting and appetizers were a major plus as well. For those out there reading these reviews, look no further. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed and with his help along with his family and his other staff, you’re planning will be not as stressful. “We had a great experience with Chef Dora Presents for our daughter’s bat mitzvah. We were planning for around 135 to 150 guests and had some important dietary requirements to work around. Everything needed to be dairy free and gluten free, and because our daughter has severe Celiac Disease, avoiding any cross-contamination during food prep was essential. They were also very thoughtful about accommodating other guest needs, including allergies, kosher preferences, and vegetarian options. For the event setup, we went with a buffet for the kids and a plated dinner for the adults, which worked perfectly. Chef Dora and Stuart were both easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the process. We started planning months in advance, had a few meetings along the way, and did a private tasting that really helped us finalize everything. Their level of professionalism really stood out. They were both present during the event and even stepped in to help with a few things that came up, which made a big difference since we didn’t have a day-of coordinator. The food was truly delicious. Sometimes gluten free food can be a concern in terms of flavor, but everything they prepared was excellent. Some of our favorites were the kalbi beef tacos for the appetizer and the turmeric chicken served with lime rice and vegetables. Both items were standout hits, and we were thrilled to have some leftovers afterward. We would definitely recommend Chef Dora Presents and would happily work with them again.“

With limited notice, Ken and his team were so receptive, kind, and collaborative. They helped us put together a wonderful experience for attendees at a great price for our budget.
