“I am working in Long Beach and couldn’t decide what to eat. I saw this place on DoorDash and saw the food reviews I wanted to give it a try. Let me start by saying that I loved the chicken fried rice. I have a new spot for chicken fried rice and it tastes better than Tokyo Hibachi in Lakewood to me and the price is great. I got me some extra garlic butter and no extra fee. The taste is amazing. Wow. Just wow.“

“A delicious made from scratch falafel in a great sandwich. Friendly staff. Since my first review I have returned and tried their Chicken and Cheese sandwich. Even better then the falafel sandwich! It is a chicken salad sandwich with lots of yummy chicken salad and Swiss cheese. I had their regular French fries 🍟 Very tasty. Again the staff was very friendly and helpful. Olive Wood Pizza catered our wedding rehearsal party in a park, and they did an incredible job. They brought their mobile oven right into the space and showed up on time.

The pizza was amazing. Along with classics like pepperoni and cheese, we had all-meat, pesto chicken, garlic mushroom, and veggie, plus a Caesar salad. They also took great care of our vegan guests. Everyone loved the quality and taste of the food.

The team was professional from start to finish. They worked hard, kept the food table clean, and kept the pizzas coming all night, so our guests never ran short.

We actually found them by trying their pizza at another party, grabbing their card, and knowing right away they'd be the right fit for our rehearsal dinner. Communication was great and the whole process was easy. We'd absolutely hire them again.

“I love Cappuccino on Call! I had the pleasure of having some beverages on several occasions during the Ali Wong concert at the Wiltern. The drinks were incredible. “Our wedding was on October 20, 2018 and the decorations and setting came out as my fiancé expected and actually exceeded them. Let me tell you, Carlos and his team are such professionals that they took a major load off our backs mainly my fiancé. We sat down with Carlos At his office a year prior to our wedding and he asked us what we’re looking for and he had his pen and paper noting everything down. Months passed and we again met with Carlos this time at the South End hall for the food tasting and he didn’t disappoint....the food was amazing and our guests told us after the wedding how much they loved food. We again met with Carlos and his daughter Karla and they showed us the table setting with the colors my fiancé wanted and she loved it since that’s what she envisioned. We wanted custom chairs for our sweetheart table and Carlos went above and beyond to get them for us. We couldn’t wait to see the final product and the day of the wedding we were amazed!!! Oh and the cocktail hour setting and appetizers were a major plus as well. For those out there reading these reviews, look no further. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed and with his help along with his family and his other staff, you’re planning will be not as stressful. “We loved working with So Feta Good! to help cater our Mamma Mia, greek themed, baby shower! Cecelia was extremely helpful in coming up with a menu that worked for our budget, ensured presentation was immaculate, and showed genuine interest in my wife and I's life event.

Not only was Cecelia great to work with, the food (appetizers of hummus and pita + desserts of kourambiethes and baklava) was a 10/10. Guests had rave reviews. It was the perfect touch for our party.

“Where to even begin with how incredible Cave Catering was? First, people were raving about the food for days. We had the lamb chops when we went for the (super professional, beautiful, immaculate) tasting and fell in love. We knew everyone would love them, and we were right! The shrimp cocktail was divine, and we also had the shrimp aguachile shooters because we couldn’t decide between the two. Grilled cheese, bruschetta, and caprese skewers were also a hit because they were so easy to eat at a cocktail hour and tasted delicious.

On top of that, Chef Nicole saved our wedding multiple times before it even happened. Any time we asked for something (renting linens, silverware, extra servers), she was quick to respond and provided anything we needed. We even texted her at 11pm the night before the rehearsal dinner because we figured out our chargers were broken. Her chargers were rented out that weekend, but she tracked some down and brought them to the wedding. The day of our event, she was on time, professional, and provided amazing staff.

We can’t emphasize enough how lucky we felt to have found Cave Catering. We will definitely be hiring them again for our next event.

“I love this place! The food is super tasty and the staff are so kind! We will definitely be back! I am already telling my family and friends in the area about it! In case you are wondering, we got the brisket and Mac and cheese and it was soooo good!!“

“We had a great experience with Chef Dora Presents for our daughter’s bat mitzvah. We were planning for around 135 to 150 guests and had some important dietary requirements to work around. Everything needed to be dairy free and gluten free, and because our daughter has severe Celiac Disease, avoiding any cross-contamination during food prep was essential. They were also very thoughtful about accommodating other guest needs, including allergies, kosher preferences, and vegetarian options. For the event setup, we went with a buffet for the kids and a plated dinner for the adults, which worked perfectly. Chef Dora and Stuart were both easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the process. We started planning months in advance, had a few meetings along the way, and did a private tasting that really helped us finalize everything. Their level of professionalism really stood out. They were both present during the event and even stepped in to help with a few things that came up, which made a big difference since we didn’t have a day-of coordinator. The food was truly delicious. Sometimes gluten free food can be a concern in terms of flavor, but everything they prepared was excellent. Some of our favorites were the kalbi beef tacos for the appetizer and the turmeric chicken served with lime rice and vegetables. Both items were standout hits, and we were thrilled to have some leftovers afterward. We would definitely recommend Chef Dora Presents and would happily work with them again.“
