Where to even begin with how incredible Cave Catering was? First, people were raving about the food for days. We had the lamb chops when we went for the (super professional, beautiful, immaculate) tasting and fell in love. We knew everyone would love them, and we were right! Cena Vegan is sort of a staple for vegan Mexican food if you’re in the Southern California area. I was impressed by the cloud kitchen set up here in Long Beach. The food hall is quite nice and well kept. There is a receptionist available for instruction if you’re unfamiliar with how cloud kitchens work. And of course, the food from Cena Vegan is always top notch.
