Liset provided me with a quote for a 20-person birthday party for smoked ribs, brisket, mashed potatoes and cheesy potatoes. The pricing is reasonable and most importantly the food was DELICIOUS! Being that this is my first time ordering from them, there was some hesitation but let me say, that I was pleasantly pleased by the flavor of the food. The meat from the ribs was tender and falling off the bones. The briskets so tender and full of flavor. The mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes was all sooo delicious!
