“As you can see, I frequent this restaurant a lot. Lately, I’ve noticed a new cashier, short brunette hair glasses, and she doesn’t know what you offer. 2 times, today being the second, I’ve come in and ordered the BLT wanting a side salad for my side dish and she has replied that you don’t offer it. Luckily, it was another lady in front who interjected and said “we do” and showed her where it was on register. Today I come in wanting a BLT w/side salad and with an unflattering tone said “we can’t do that”. I ask her does she remember us going over this the first time she says “no we don’t offer that here”. There was another lady there who was on the phone and I proceeded to wait until she got off the phone to ask her. When she sees me about to take it a step farther by asking someone else ONLY THEN she says “I guess we can do that.” She was trying to get me to pay an extra 6.99 for a side salad. I wonder how many who have gone through this who did not ask any further questions to someone different has this happened to. The lady gets off the phone and I ask her she states “yes, you can get a salad as your side.” I order an executive box with 3 cookies. As always, they forget to give me my cookies. I tell the cashier w/glasses they forgot to put cookies in. Do you know this lady has the audacity to say “let me check your bag” after she seen me checking bag as if I was lying trying to get free cookies. She says after throughly searching “you did not get 3 from here” pointing to basket. I say no. She says “ you can get three”. She didn’t say thank you after handing me my receipt, no greeting just NOTHING! She needs to learn the menu and improve her customer service immensely. I love coming here but I dislike after paying $14 for lunch, leaving restaurant in a sour mood d/t inept customer service.“

The sales and planning coordination team were exemplary, especially David and Tamica, who were consistently responsive through email and communication.The venue itself is stunning, and May proved to be the perfect time for a wedding. We chose Wedgewood Rio Hondo primarily due to its convenient location and its nearly all-in-one solution. While I had to handle many wedding details myself, the ability to choose from a selection of vendors within a single package was a significant advantage.David, our coordinator, was exceptional. He made the entire process stress-free and even assisted with my bridal veil hair accessory, which was a thoughtful touch.The only slight downside was the reception. I searched high and low for the best of everything, and Felice Italian Catering fit all my criteria without even tasting his food! I went by the feedback on Yelp (4.9), videos and images on Instagram, his unique menu and the quick responses by Danny to help make my decision seven months out before our reunion date! Danny brought such ease working with him, and it was one less worry for me as I worked out all other details for the reunion. “The food is so good it's crazy. Our event needed to be kosher-catered. Most kosher caterers only provide "Glatt" which is meat, and any dairy item would need to be parve. We had a no-compromise policy on ice cream, so we needed "Cholov Yisroel" kosher catering which is the dairy-equivalent (oversimplification but you get it).
Everything they make is absolutely delicious and they are very kind people and easy to work with. We really had a great experience working with TGIS and we were so happy so many of our guests loved the food so much. We would easily work with them again.“

“I just got married this past July at one of the LA City Parks venues. They only use a couple of vendors for bar services. We shopped around all three options and Made By Meg offered the best selection of alcohol and at the best price. It was super easy getting quotes and adjusting things as need be. They even worked with us to get a special IPA offering from a microbrewery. The bartender did a great job at the day of the event and was very attentive to everyone's drink needs. Would use them again if we have another party!“

“My friend and I heard about a special type of chili Relleño that was topped with a walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds. It is called chili en nogada. They have it here, and it was spectacular. The special ingredients compliment each other. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. The food hall is quite nice and well kept. There is a receptionist available for instruction if you’re unfamiliar with how cloud kitchens work. “Tbh I was hoping this place would be a miss because it's 30 minutes away from me, but it's amazing and won't be the last time I go.

Their popcorn chicken has to be the best in OC. I have tried multiple popcorn chickens in Irvine and Tustin areas and they aren't as tasty or healthy, and you can pick dark or white meat (we got dark). Their popcorn chicken isn't greasy either and the spices is just right and flavorful.

I've tried their brown sugar buzz latte and to our surprise it reminds us of our favorite brown sugar latte in Japan ? I haven't had good coffee like that since my Japan trip in 2022. And I am sooo sad I didn't get the 24 ounce, which I'll do next time. Even better, it's made with lactose free milk and I am lactose intolerant, TYSM.

My husband got their Orange Wang, which tasted exactly what it was trying to deliver. A refreshing orange creamsicle. ? I've also tried their testing drink, Guava Wang, not too sweet with a light taste of Guava. Personally not my favorite since the Brown Sugar Buzz was everything I ever wanted.
