I worked at the Hollywood location in 2010. Its probably the best BBQ I ever tasted and glad I was a part of!
Good eats love this place
First off my food was cold. There is no way they smoke the brisket for 14 hours, it wad so tough. No gravy for mashed potatoes, mashed were had no flavor and were dry (like eating paste). Mac and cheese was overcooked and over salted. I spent $40.00 on food I could not eat.
