“After visiting Hijo de su Madre several times for their award winning and phenomenal Yucetecan vegan greatness I was quite excited when I saw on their IG they were adding a vegan burger menu. It just launched a few days ago, but is already my favorite burger (got the Phat Hass Burger) in LA and I have had them all. Even more profoundly, they have the best loaded frots I’ve ever had by a landslide! Run don’t walk to try the new menu (will be on the delivery apps soon!) and then keep coming back because everything on the menu is perfection. 5 stars!!!“

“The food here is great. You're always greeted with a smile. It can get a little pricey quickly but it's just so hard to stick to a few items. My only complaint which it's not bad it's just personal taste is some of the veggies are so fresh and juicy if your not going to eat within minutes of ordering your bread will for sure be soggy. I get pickles and it always makes my bread soggy. They have great lasagna and different selections of drinks, chips, and subs. They are one of my top places for a great sandwich. They have pretty good cannolis as well. They always have a good chat with us and treat their costumers well!“

“The Landmark is the ultimate banquet hall in LA. It is based on a large property in Mission Hills with huge open air parking lot and a big green garden. Entering into the building, you enter the beautiful hallway area with lounge sofas, a bar that you can use for tea/coffee or alcohol, and the beautiful grand piano by the long windows. On the right side, the big doors get you into the magnificent hall where the party is going to be. You are welcome to use the hall however l you desire to design it for youe special occasion. Some prefer to have the curtains open, some prefer to hire a vendor for their specific desired design. Menu is 10/10. Ambiance is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Shout out to Yervand, Kayla, and Yeva for helping us build our wedding day so elegantly. We appreciate the entire kitchen crew for serving us SUPER-DELICIOUS food. As a former employee of Anoush Banquet Hall, I saw that they have updated the menu with several tasty options for appetizers and hot food. Kids are safe and welcomed in your parties, and the kitchen can serve food for kids, such as truffles, mac & cheese, nuggets, pizza, etc. Additionally, they have a complementary food tasting day, The staff who served the tables were brilliant. “I’ve been looking for a delicious torta for a long time and I finally found the place! If you like fresh delicious food this is the place. The service is excellent, they answered all my questions and explained their menu. I created my own sandwich with some recommendations from Johnathan who was awesome. This is by far the best torta I’ve ever had! It was so good I was back a couple days later for another! Wifey ordered tacos and they were amazing as well. The flavor and freshness of the meat is what sets them apart. No old meat being served here. Definitely my go to spot for delicious fresh food!“

“I just stopped by today and had a great experience here. I got carnitas and al pastor street tacos and they were unbelievable. Such great flavors in the meat. Also the green and red salsa were very complimentary (red salsa is smoky spicy yum). Got the asada quesadilla for the kids (of course I had a bite) and was really pleased with the asada flavor too! Even the sour cream is great, homemade you can tell. The attention to quality is apparent!I am super glad because the first few times I was not impressed. Maybe I got the wrong things, and it seemed expensive, but everything was great at the service was great as well! It was only $20 and was enough food for 3 adults. “So happy to have tried Sugo! I only dipped my toes into the flavor pool ordering only the French Fries and the Meatballs and sauce! Having had an Italian Chef for a Father, I grew up being able to tell good Italian flavors from a simple dish like Meatballs and Sauce (gravy)! Both were excellent from Sugo! Hot from heat, great texture and fine flavors and plenty of food! I'm looking forward to delving deeply into the menu next time! The rest of the family dinner was a hit with everyone too! “This will be the third time we have used Nana's Kitchen. So clearly, we love what they do. The food is fantastic, a step up from your normal taco caterer, and we loved the passed appetizers while the guests were arriving. They set up a beautiful buffet spread and used gorgeous bowls. Everything was fresh and delicous. They homemade the tortillas and served delicious guacomole, again homemade. The servers were ontime, self sufficant and cleaned up after themselves. They boxed up all of the leftovers for us which was really nice.The only negative I could find, and you just need to know, is that beyond the food/catering fee (minimum of $650 for 40 people) they charge a travel fee, a convenience fee to use a credit card, and a 18% service fee which is NOT gratuity. So ontop of the food, you will need to expect to pay about 40 % more on the charges (your own tip to the servers, their 18% service fee and travel fee and of course tax). They are transparent about it, but something you should know. With that being said, I would still use them again.“

“Valet parking was great and the event staff were nice and quick. The Vinnie space is elegant with extra flair. The venue has high ceilings and LED color changing lights everywhere. The food was also very good. We had buffet style and the only complaint was they did not do two sides for serving and they did not refill the hummus, salad, or sauce. There was plenty of hot food and desserts though.“

“Food and Service 10 out of 10! This is our second event booked with Marcelo and crew. From the first call, he was the upmost professional, very attentive and responsive. Our event was held in Santa Ynez, Ca. Marcelo & crew arrived at 6:30 am to service food by 3 pm. From beginning to end, theses guys got their stuff down. Their set up is impressive, then they start preparing all meats, marinating everything on site, all high quality meats, sausage, ribs, chicken served with salad, bread, chimichurri sauce and empanadas (beef, chicken, spinach) and we opted for roasted veggies for 175 ppl. Our guest could not stop raving about how spectacular the food was. Being from Argentina, I can attest this is as authentic as it gets! They are legit. Throughout the day, Marcelo's attitude was so positive and there was nothing he did not answer with, "no problem, we got it covered ", this was so reassuring for a "control-freak like me" lol. I just knew I had nothing to worry about when it came to the food. At the end of the day, the breakdown was as impressive as the set up, as I watched them clean every utensil, cookware and grill back to new before loading things back in their trailer. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any event small or large, they will not disappoint. Thank you Marcelo and crew for a spectacular job.“

“This is the cutest shop for buying natural wine, cheese, or any other cool girl cookware/homeware items, and I'm happy there's a spot like this on the Westside! I came around lunchtime to try one of their "secret lunch menu" sandwiches and ended up ordering the Hot Girl Salami baguette sandwiches for $12 (since their regular sandwiches were $19). The sandwich was good and was generously stuffed with meat, cheese, and greens, however I wish I ordered the Franch Girl sandwich as the combo of flavors in this sandwich were pretty one-note. I would definitely come back to buy gifts for friends that are into food and wine (and pretty packaging). They had a handful of cookbooks, olive oils, some preserves/sauces, and even beauty products and candles. Bonus points for stocking one of my favorite natty wines, LS Gris by Wavy Wines. It's a very aesthetically pleasing and well curated space, and I'd love to return!“

My organization pulled together an event within a week, and the LA Kosher Catering team was willing and able to help us with such short notice. Elon, Director of Catering, was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. His Banquet Manager Austin was a huge help on the day of the event, with everything from the drop-off, set-up, clean up, and all things in between. “Churro man is the best churros I've had here in the SFV. The churros are made fresh to order and they come out super hot and crisp. They aren't too hard and are soft in the inside. The individual that makes the churros is always super courteous, kind and is super cool. I usually come here every other Friday and always get the 7 churros special. He was very well organized, clean, efficient and friendly. Definitely helps keep the mood at a fun event. Pork and beef tacos were my favorite, but chicken wasn't bad at all, either. Lots of sauces, onions(grilled and raw), beans, rice, and other toppings and sides I didn't try.“

“This review is for Maria's Italian Kitchen on Pico in West LA. The food is always good or excellent. If Robert is our server, the service is always good or impeccable. This review speaks to the bread service. Maria's used to provide their table bread free of charge, and you could order as many baskets as you wanted. Now the bread is $1 per order which doesn't bother me much, as the economy for restaurants is a bit tight now and they have to cover their spoilage costs if they automatically serve bread and it gets wasted. What does bother me is that the bread is quite often not ready when it's ordered. They often tell me that "the bread is now in the oven." This causes the bread to come with the food. The bread should be ready before the meal, not with the meal. What if I'm ordering a sandwich? Why would I want bread with a sandwich? Come on Maria's - think about that. Thank you for your consideration.“

“I needed a caterer to provide breakfast and lunch for 35 people for a 3 day workshop that was being held in our Northridge, CA office for quite a few of our executives and Sr. staff at HARMAN International. I am located in Stamford, CT and asked for recommendations from assistant's in Northridge who could not provide any local caterer's so my husband went on Yelp and found Mr. Ardi's and I'm so glad he did. In speaking with Jeff (owner) on the phone, he understood the requirements and needs of this audience. He came up with a menu that was very impressive for the 3 days and always answered the phone when I called. He came to the office the day before the event to get an idea of set up and was on time every morning and afternoon. His food and set us was amazing/pleasing and the executives were VERY happy with every meal! Flavor and love is put into every meal. Even his scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection!! His Mac & Cheese was soooo good as well as his mouth-watering brisket, just so much flavor. Lasagna and butternut squash ravioli is worth mentioning as well as his chicken and ribeye souvlaki was out of this world. His meals were so good that I had the assistant's in Northridge try his food including his delicious soups so that they would use him for future events. I wish he was here in the Stamford area because I would use him for all for our events!! Please do not hesitate to hire Jeff for your special occasion. l guarantee that you will not be disappointed!! Though our needs were on the high end, he will work with you on any budget, menu and venue, no job is too big or too small. Give him a call!!!“
