Balabuste catered my wedding almost 8 years ago and people still talk about how amazing the food was!!
Balabusta Catering has catered all of our family special simchas, Bar Mitzvahs, weddings, and graduations since 1980. There’s a reason we keep coming back; great food and service. You can’t go wrong.
We used Balabusta for our son’s Mitzvah luncheon and the food was delicious! So many of our guests commented on how incredible the spread was. We went for mainly Mediterranean style food and customized our own menu from many options they offered. We loved the poached salmon with dill sauce and chicken kabobs and the incredible spread of Middle Eastern salads, hummus, tahina, babaganoush, spicy matbucha and Turkish salad.
