I am from Philadelphia,Pa. I come from an area with very good Italian food and I worked for an Italian Market in Warminster. The Bruschetta was meticulous and delicious, my wife had the Picatta and I had a Calzone. Pasta was perfectly to the tooth. The chicken tender and flavorful. My Calzone (I make my own and have eaten them all over) was exceptional and the sauce was fresh and lovely spotlight on the tomato. Food was excellent went there for lunch. Not too crowded had a honey chicken sandwich.

Maria's Italian Kitchen - West Los Angeles is a great place to relax with a nice clean restaurant and a covered patio. The food is fresh and the selection on the menu is very large. The boulevard medium sized pizza was absolutely delicious, with fresh cut cherry tomatoes, cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms. The Chicken Marsala was great, and the Italian Sausage Pappardelle was good but very spicy hot. The Alfredo and Pink Sauce pasta were both delicious, and the pastas were very good. The tiramisu was delicious and very light, and the apple pie was amazing. The barbecue chicken salad never disappoints. The service is excellent, with a server who was very cool, helpful, and straight to the point. The host was also amazing, and the waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive to details. The atmosphere is warm, and the food is prepped excellent with very good quality. This is a lovely traditional Italian restaurant and a new favorite.
