The Apple Pan is one of those places that just gets it right. Great burgers, zero fuss and the same old-school vibe that’s kept people coming back for decades. Grab a burger, save room for pie, and you’ll understand why it’s an LA classic.
The food here lives up to their motto: Quality Forever. Everything is fresh and the service is outstanding. Plus, the atmosphere is neat in this well-preserved vintage building. Having a meal at The Apple Pan is a fun and delicious way to experience some of the good things about midcentury Los Angeles.
Quality hamburgers and sandwiches in a 1940s atmosphere. Real cheddar cheese, not cheap American cheese. Fabulous pies - my favorite, Boysenberry Cream, is unbeatable.
The hickory burger is the best in all LA!
