“Chef Suela and Chef G were beyond accommodating for our event. They came all the way out to Irvine to set up catering for our Mardi Gras party and gave such an amazing spread that catered to all the different diets we have in the office. Some dishes included: - Fried Hatcherville Catfish - red beans - rice - vegan collard greens - vegan jambalaya - chicken sausage gumbo - cornbread They delivered on time, were super helpful and kind, and made sure the display looked amazing.
