I originally reached out to Heirloom for a 4 day catering production. Brian was really patient when our 4 day project ended up getting cancelled so we were scrambling to fill something in to shoot. I attended an event this weekend where heirloom LA did the catering, and I just wanted to say what an *amazing* job they did. The details of the optics..from the wooden serving boards, fresh flowers and beautiful wood. Their kind servers and hard working cooks were awesome. They had an abundance of colorful veggies and different types of protein served on thin palm-like boats. All of it was beautiful and well executed.
