“This company has been so responsive since the very first time I emailed them to request a quote! I cannot tell you what peace of mind that gave me and planning my husband’s birthday party. They are so amazing! Benito arrived early and had the food ready at five minutes before the start time for dinner. He was amazing! He was friendly and greeted all the guests. At the end of the evening he carefully packed up all of the food that was left and brought it inside. All of my guests were super impressed with the food! (The Pastor and Carnitas were my personal favorites). All of the food was excellent and the ingredients tasted fresh. The meat they had was seriously the best meat that I’ve had from a taco stand in a long time. I went with the traditional five meats, and paid extra and got Carnitas and jumbo lime shrimp. The price was great and the quality was even better! I will definitely be using them again anytime I need a catering. This was for my husband‘s birthday party and we had about 45 guests and I had tons of food left over and everybody ate a lot at the party.“

“I usually go for the short ribs (which are phenomenal), but I thought I’d try the grilled garlic shrimp for a slightly healthier option. Unfortunately, like the other review said, it’s pretty nasty. “I helped set up the event center for a quince. Ms. Roberta was there every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed. She loan us her cart and kept checking on us. The venue is beautiful. There is plenty of room for the dance floor and photo booth. The parking lot isn't very big but plenty of room on the side street. If you are looking for a nice and clean venue with wonderful and hard working staff, Azar Event Center is a perfect location.“

“Hello everybody, I would like to let you guys know about green grill Mediterranean food was outstanding it's a must try if you're in Los Angeles the girls said salmon is very delicious as well as the cucumber salad. My Wedding was a week ago exactly and the venue is mesmerizing. Special Thanks to Gor and Vahan for providing an exceptional time and service. They worked with us throughout the entire process and made the whole thing come together in a seamless fashion, they are very professional and extremely helpful. The food is out of this world and the variety is jaw dropping. The level of customization is incredible but the ease of getting it all together makes it headache free. I can't recommend Grand Venue enough and if you have a special day coming up make sure to check them out.“

I grew up working in the floral industry so I had specific flowers I wanted to include or omit from the spray and a vision of the arrangement. Rosemills went above and beyond what I envisioned. There are also selections available in the center to grab and go any additions like noodles, sauces, fuel cans, etc.SERVICE:Cashier was friendly and helpful. She understood our prompt: enough meat, including wagyu, for a hot pot at home for 10 people the next day. She recommended a combo that she assured us was enough and indeed it was, almost more than enough! She got our information down for the next day's pickup.FOOD:Excellent. Every cut was displayed beautifully and labeled clearly, with good thin slices for hot pot purposes and the wagyu really showed off the marbling. “Hot high 80's day? A popsicle sounds great!Located across from Mission San Gabriel, Nomad Ice Pops looked to be a refreshing solution on a hot Fall day. Being Dia de los Muertos/Halloween season, Nomad Ice Pops had some popsicles shaped like skulls. After perusing the menu, horchata stood out & compelled a purchase.Horchata ($3.50)-Sabroso! Horchata was one of my favorite drinks, when I didn't care about sugar, calories, good health, diabetes. Heck, I remember I bought a large horchata from a former Albertaco's in Hawaiian Gardens, only to come back in a hour or so & buy another one. For shame! Anyhoo, Nomad Ice Pops' dairy-free horchata popsicle had all the taste & flavors of horchata that I remembered. It was frozen solid, meaning it didn't melt at all on a high 80's day. I ate the whole popsicle one bite at a time, which made things less messy.Service was good. Nomad Ice Pops operates as a takeout window. Parking is via street or at Mission San Gabriel.Nomad Ice Pops cooled me off on a hot day. I enjoyed my horchata popsicle & appreciated how solid it remained while consuming it. “I cannot say enough good things about Basil Pizza Bar. First and foremost, the pizza and all the food was great! I am something of a pizza snob, and this was really wonderful. Pastas, salads, appetizers.....all wonderful. Now for the staff: Landro, Garrett and Giorgio were the best! They set up in our limited space perfectly and it all looked great. They prepared and served the food with style, and interacted with our guests in a friendly and professional way. My guests loved these guys! “We found the venue after attending an anniversary party a few months earlier and really enjoyed our evening. As a result, we selected this venue to host my husband's 55th birthday party. The venue was very helpful with planning and helped create the perfect details for a memorable party. The menu options are plenty and all food was great, all guest enjoyed the variety of dishes and beverages. The venue worked with us so third-party vendors like cake baker, band, DJ, decorations, and photographers had early access to prep. Once the party began the venue staff made our diverse group of guests, many that had not attended this type of banquet feel very comfortable and offered polite service and drinks as needed. The overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this place! We will host more parties here in the future, great venue“

“Came here on a Sunday after lunch and was surprised that there was no wait. We were able to try different flavors, but ended up getting a split child's scoop of fresh mint with cacao nibs and brown sugar vanilla bean. For child's scoop it was still a lot of ice cream! “Our meal was exceptionally good last night. We started with the rosemary bread basket which was soft with a nice crust. My sister loved her spaghetti and meat balls. My chicken piccata was sautéed in lemon butter, wine and capers and was delicious. I substituted the spaghetti side for angel hair pasta. The veggies were a bit al dente but heated up nicely as leftovers. The portions were large so plenty leftover for another meal. Service was excellent. Very attentive and cordial. Definitely would go back.“

“Downtown LA is so amazing, it's so vibrant and I grew up in LA so it's great to have so many options in one location. Imagine living in the high rise next door, how lucky! Just walk a few steps and whatever you're in the mood for, there it is. They're all independent businesses with patio seating or indoor communal seating. There's a burger place, they offer both vegan and meat burgers, a Jamaican spot (get the oxtails), a pad Thai spot, pasta/pizza, Indian cuisine and a bunch more I just can't remember off the top of my head. The service was great, they bring you your food if you're dining there, and the ambiance was chill. You're definitely not on the west side :) Highly recommend, especially on those days when the grand central market is just too crowded.“
