This is definitely one of the better vegan mac & cheese' in The Valley! Our go to is the classic vegan mac & cheese with vegan duck for roughly $14.50. They used to serve the food in a big round Tupperware but since inflation, the portion size is relatively smaller in a rectangular Tupperware. There's been two occasions where my boyfriend and I made the effort to drive 30 minutes out for the mac n cheese and they last minute cancelled on their Instagram. Maaaan! I just had a Carne asada burrito from this place. I must admit it was perfectly balance with flavor and the tortilla was somewhat thin so it didn't feel like I ate too much. I was there before he set up so I had a minute to talk to Freddy the owner/ Chef (nice guy!) you can always tell when a brother is passionate about his cooking!! Kudos
