I will drive all the way here (like today) waiting for them to get here...If you are lactose intolerant and love macaroni and cheese. Drive down to York Street and check them out. The following chain of events has now happened to me three times while ordering online from this establishment:1) I go to their website and place an order2) The amount for the order is deducted from my bank account3) I receive a text from the establishment saying they are closed4) The money is not refunded to my bank account for two daysNow I understand that this establishment primarily serves a gentrification clientele who can take a $50 hit to their bank account without blinking an eye, but $50 is my total eating-out budget for the week, and this establishment now has it for two days. I will no longer be patronizing their business.

This is definitely one of the better vegan mac & cheese' in The Valley! Our go to is the classic vegan mac & cheese with vegan duck for roughly $14.50. They used to serve the food in a big round Tupperware but since inflation, the portion size is relatively smaller in a rectangular Tupperware. There's been two occasions where my boyfriend and I made the effort to drive 30 minutes out for the mac n cheese and they last minute cancelled on their Instagram. Definitely a bummer :( The Mac n cheese we had last time was kind of undercooked or just old not sure..If you're vegan, I do highly recommend this mac n cheese at least to say you've tried it. But please make sure to check their Instagram page to be sure they will be there.
Maaaan! I just had a Carne asada burrito from this place. I must admit it was perfectly balance with flavor and the tortilla was somewhat thin so it didn't feel like I ate too much. I was there before he set up so I had a minute to talk to Freddy the owner/ Chef (nice guy!) you can always tell when a brother is passionate about his cooking!! Kudos

Oooooo this truck is a hidden gem if you ever in eagle rock you have to give the vegan mac. I tried almost all the vegan proteins options my favorite is definitely the vegan duck is sooo fire it's a must try. The service is always amazing just like the food. The atmosphere on York blvd is always a vibe in that small area between 50 and 51st street. I'm sure all the vegan heads know about this hidden gem.

To start off, excellent customer service, It was our first time there, they provided samples for us to try & to be honest the mac n cheese was amazing. They literally sold it to us ! It might be a little pricey but definitely worth it.

This is quite literally the best Mac n Cheese I’ve ever had. WOW. If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m not vegan but I got the vegan Mac n Cheese with cauliflower and kale and it slapped so hard. I dream of bringing all my loved ones to experience Mac n Cheese Rebel. THANK YOU ALFREDO ❤️
