I drive here every time I go from Koreatown, just because, or when I need to go to Glendale on business, I always stop here. The man working the register and making the shawarma is very nice. “I had such a great experience at Shawarma BBQ Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The service was quick, but you can tell they don’t rush the quality of the food.

The shawarma was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. The meats were tender, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. The sides were incredible and really took the meal to the next level.

What I loved most is the consistency—you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The place was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere overall.

Definitely one of the best spots for shawarma and BBQ. I’ll be coming back again and again!

“DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN FIND AMAZING GREEK FOOD @ THE L.A ZOO? I didn't, until now! Reggie's Bistro has to be one of the best places I've ate at in a recreational place (zoo, theme park, etc.). I got a falafel bowl and OPA was it delicious! It came with Quinoa, arugula salad, Hummus, Tzatziki, Artichoke, Roasted tomato, Cucumber, and Harissa oil! Not only was the salad tossed and mixed when it arrived to my table, but everything came out fresh! The dressing and veggies were phenomenal. Vegans and veggie addicts, you'll like this place! All the food items here are made to order! The falafel was perfectly crispy, I have zero complaints. I topped my lunch off with a large chocolate chip cookie and I was in heaven.

Reggie's is pricey but definitely worth the visit, dang this gator can cook! I also saw some delicious burgers, sandwiches and wraps on the menu. I wish I lived closer so I can visit everyday! The staff was pretty good, they took our orders quickly and were friendly enough. Drinks are self-served at the drinking fountain and you pick up your food when your handheld buzzer goes off.

My party and I didn't experience a long line or any craziness! Reggie's outdoor seating has shade covering all tables. The place is great for smaller groups and it's quiet. I will definitely be coming back!“

“Every Table meal subscription is amazing. Delicious, healthy foods at a very fair price. 5 dinners only $38. The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. I just had the chicken schwarma bowl and it was soooo good. Tasted just like a home cooked meal. Highly recommend“

“I had a great experience at Earl of Sandwich! I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap, and it was excellent. The wrap was much bigger than I expected, making it a filling meal. The chicken was fresh, the ingredients tasted great, and the Caesar dressing was perfectly balanced—not too much and not too little. Every bite had just the right amount of flavor without being overwhelming. I’ll definitely be coming back to order it again!“

I have contacted the W. LA 2 time about this problem. I ordered on 7/15 and realized i scheduled it for 7/16, i called the restaurant, the woman over the phone said she cancelled it, i reordered it online, the delivery was done. the next day i got a text from door dash saying a driver was on the way to the location to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and they said they had no order, the driver also confirmed the order was canceled via text message. I had been waiting for the refund to post to my account and 10days later there is still no refund, no response from Zankou. I called the restaurant again this morning and spoke with Jaime and he insisted i needed to call doordash, doordash has no number to call, when you click help, it says to contact the store. this is a lot of money and i need to know how i am going to get it refunded when i have been sent in circles? this is the only way of contacting the company, no phone number, no one responds to the contact us form, no confirmation emails on orders. We go to Zankou 2-3 time a month, from the west LA location. I've ordered catering for work multiple times and we have never had any problems before. thats what makes this so hard to write. we have finally heard word there is going to be a zankou in the south bay and are family is very excited.

I'm just really disappointed in the way this has been handled.“

“Always on point!! Delicious, consistent and reliable “fast” food that is always a crowd pleaser. We’ve been ordering from Zankou for over 15 years. The chicken is amazing, tender and seasoned to perfection. Falafel is fresh and seems hand made (not sure if it is, it’s better than the average out there!).
Go all in with the condiments and sides- and don’t worry about ordering too much. You’ll be stoked when you have leftovers for lunch the next day!“
