Very busy, order at the bar, open a tab, food is delivered to your table. Really delicious, creative, non-traditional dishes. The staff were super busy and nice.Dietary restrictions: We did not try to ask to change anything, but menu says no substitutions or changes. The burger had bleu cheese which was fine with us but we wondered what they do if you don’t want that.
One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while, if not ever. The place is like a fancy dive bar. It’s simple and clean and very casual. Yet the food and beer selection is imo much more sophisticated than what the bar looks like. It’s simple in atmosphere but so awesome. I’m clearly having a hard time describing this juxtaposition. It’s excellent in many ways.
