I was also pleasantly surprised by how good their coffee is. It’s bold, smooth, and just what I needed to balance out the sugar rush. “Went to the Summer Solstice Pride Market here in June and had a wonderful time! The toast was delicious, as was the turmeric latte, and the ambiance of the sunny back courtyard was a great break in the day. I also love the cheerful food truck style ordering window and unique offerings they have available.“

First I was met by a friendly staff member and a blast of cold air- both so refreshing!
The pastries are made daily and they offer quite an assortment! All beautifully displayed. Bought a vegan one for my daughter, chocolate for my 4 yo grandson & lavender meyers lemon frosted one for myself! So delicious!“

“Somehow I had never tried this place until about a month ago through Uber eats when I was craving an Apple fritter. Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. The fritter is huge and might be the best I’ve ever had. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are perfect as are the other donuts I’ve had. So happy places like this still exist!!!“

“I randomly popped in here to grab lunch before my dentist appointment and it was so good!! I got an iced coffee (~$4) and a shrimp Caesar wrap (~$10). Both were delicious. I’m going to stop here every time I have to go to the dentist now :) It’s located just inside the 9201 building. It was very quiet when I went (11am).“

“I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at this Starbucks.

I came into the store to buy a coffee while I was on a phone call. My phone was on speaker because I have an arm injury, and it is painful for me to hold the phone to my ear for an extended period of time.

An employee who introduced herself as Karen and said she was the manager approached me and spoke to me very loudly in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed by the way she addressed me. Instead of speaking to me politely and respectfully, it seemed as though she was trying to escalate the situation and even mentioned calling the police. I do not understand why such a reaction was necessary, as I was calm, respectful, and did not threaten or disturb anyone.

In addition, I waited approximately 15–20 minutes for my coffee, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.

If necessary, I ask that you review the security camera footage, as it will show exactly what happened. I did not behave aggressively, use inappropriate language, or create any disturbance. If I unknowingly violated any store policy, I would have appreciated a polite explanation instead of being publicly confronted.

This is not the first unpleasant experience I have had at a Starbucks, and I hope the company will take this feedback seriously. I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
