I was also pleasantly surprised by how good their coffee is. It’s bold, smooth, and just what I needed to balance out the sugar rush. “Stumbled on this place by myself! The owners were so sweet and attentive. Feels very cozy and clean. A great place to post up for work.
The coffee was delicious and the food was right up there with it. I got an off menu salmon tartine that she recommended and then treated myself to the pancakes. Delicious and will come back!!“

“Went to the Summer Solstice Pride Market here in June and had a wonderful time! The toast was delicious, as was the turmeric latte, and the ambiance of the sunny back courtyard was a great break in the day. “I’ve been here twice now to have a coffee and work on their patio. I love it. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but love their lattes!! They also treated my dog to a pup cup. Everyone working is so friendly and nice. The food looks incredible - I’m excited to try it next time.“

“Somehow I had never tried this place until about a month ago through Uber eats when I was craving an Apple fritter. Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. The fritter is huge and might be the best I’ve ever had. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are perfect as are the other donuts I’ve had. So happy places like this still exist!!!“

“I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at this Starbucks.

I came into the store to buy a coffee while I was on a phone call. My phone was on speaker because I have an arm injury, and it is painful for me to hold the phone to my ear for an extended period of time.

An employee who introduced herself as Karen and said she was the manager approached me and spoke to me very loudly in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed by the way she addressed me. Instead of speaking to me politely and respectfully, it seemed as though she was trying to escalate the situation and even mentioned calling the police. I do not understand why such a reaction was necessary, as I was calm, respectful, and did not threaten or disturb anyone.

In addition, I waited approximately 15–20 minutes for my coffee, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.

If necessary, I ask that you review the security camera footage, as it will show exactly what happened. I did not behave aggressively, use inappropriate language, or create any disturbance. If I unknowingly violated any store policy, I would have appreciated a polite explanation instead of being publicly confronted.

This is not the first unpleasant experience I have had at a Starbucks, and I hope the company will take this feedback seriously. I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

“Quaint little coffee shop like I used to find in Georgetown (Seattle), with stellar bean water and incredible baked goods.
