“Excellent food and service! Absolutely perfect breakfast. Hot, delicious, HUGE portions. The best chai tea latte I've ever had it - it puts Starbucks to shame. The meal was esthetically a work of art (see photo). The menu said two eggs, but it looked like five. Great French toast - better than I can make myself. Needless to say, I highly recommend Joey's Cafe!“

“Quaint little coffee shop like I used to find in Georgetown (Seattle), with stellar bean water and incredible baked goods. I had a drip coffee with ham and swiss croissant, and it was the best welcome to my new neighborhood I could have imagined. Also! They have a homie hookup discount, for neighborhood residents. Let them know!“

“We loved our walking food tour of Old Pasadena with Jody! The food was delicious and the conversation was great. Jody is knowledgeable guide who cared about our interests and our safety. Would recommend to anyone wanting to familiarize themselves with the area AND enjoy some fantastic food.“

“I randomly popped in here to grab lunch before my dentist appointment and it was so good!! I got an iced coffee (~$4) and a shrimp Caesar wrap (~$10). Both were delicious. I’m going to stop here every time I have to go to the dentist now :) It’s located just inside the 9201 building. It was very quiet when I went (11am).“

“Cute restaurant. We already had a great time having a breakfast downstairs so we went for bruch last Sunday. After an icky start - getting a reservation was problematic- we really had a good time, the food was nice, and the service was immaculate. Sadly, the three of us were seated under a speaker. The music was so loud that we were hardly able to communicate - so for my recent visit we'd give three out of five stars. Both are easy fixes - and if they do, I am happy to give five stars on our next visit.“
