People can order hojicha, strawberry coffee, the “Matcha of Mother”, mother of matcha (a double matcha) or the chilled Apollo Latte with oat milk, each described as perfectly balanced, not overly sweet and radiant green. The coffee is top notch, roasted from their own beans and imported ceremonial matcha from Japan. Food includes a flaky buttery croissant from the walk‑in counter.
